    Abstract: A tool retaining plate has a disc base with a holding surface and a mounting surface. Sets of sleeving columns are configured at interval on the mounting surface and are of an octagonal columnar pattern to define a column head end, a column foot end and a circumferential portion. Four abutting surfaces and four locking surfaces are cross connected at the circumferential portion, and an angular locking portion is formed between the abutting surface and locking surface. Positioning bulges are protruded externally onto two opposite abutting surfaces of the circumferential portion of the sleeving column, opposite to the positioning flanges of the sleeve. This enables engagement with the positioning flanges on the slot wall of the square slot of the sleeve. Two locking portions configured diagonally and set adjacent to the abutting surface with positioning bulges are set into a notched pattern or offset towards the abutting surface.

    Abstract: A hanging clip for tools includes a hanging clip body, a sleeving portion, a connecting portion, support limiting flanges, a flexible sheet, a positioning bulge and a male/female clamping part. The sleeving portion is directly extended to the bottom end of the hanging clip body. The flexible sheet is unfolded and extended downwards to the connecting portion and comprises of an inner surface, an outer surface, an extended end and a folded flange. The sheet could be unfolded and extended downwards via said folded flange, or bent and retracted upwards to form a columnar pattern together with the sleeving portion. The sleeving portion and flexible sheet are pre-fabricated and when the sleeving portion and flexible sheet are in service state, two vertical limiting walls of the sleeving portion could be supported via the support limiting flanges, thus saving manufacturing cost and enhancing the structural strength for excellent anti-theft functions.

A positioning convex part is protruded from an abutment surface on the circumference side part of the sleeve joint pillar, and interlocked with the positioning concave camber on the groove wall of the square casing groove. A lateral through-hole is set onto one side of the sleeve joint pillar. Both ends of the lateral through-hole pass through separately the abutment surface on the circumference side part of the sleeve joint pillar. A wall rim is formed between the abutment surface and the lateral through-hole, so that the positioning convex part could be squeezed flexibly.

The holding component has an insert portion that is movable between first and second positions relative to the pin portion. The insert portion has an outer peripheral wall that permits sleeving of a socket on the holding component. The insert portion is formed with a retainer hole that is registered with the recess. The positioning component is movably disposed in the retainer hole. The positioning component and the recess are configured such that the positioning component projects from the outer peripheral wall for interference engagement with the socket when the holding component is at the first position, and such that the positioning component permits removal of the socket when the holding component is at the second position. The spring component biases the holding component to the first position.
