    Abstract: The light emitting diode packaging structure includes a flexible substrate, micro light emitting elements disposed on the flexible substrate, a conductive pad, a redistribution layer, and an electrode pad. The micro light emitting elements have a first surface facing to the flexible substrate and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The micro light emitting elements include a red micro light emitting element, a blue micro light emitting element, and a green micro light emitting element. The conductive pad is disposed on the second surface of the micro light emitting elements. The redistribution layer covers the micro light emitting elements and the conductive pad. The redistribution layer includes an insulating layer and a circuit layer embedded in the insulating layer. The circuit layer is electrically connected to the conductive pad. The electrode pad is disposed on the redistribution layer and is electrically connected to the circuit layer.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a photo mask, a resist layer is formed over a mask blank, which includes a mask substrate, a phase shift layer disposed on the mask substrate and a light blocking layer disposed on the phase shift layer. A resist pattern is formed by using a lithographic operation. The light blocking layer is patterned by using the resist pattern as an etching mask. The phase shift layer is patterned by using the patterned light blocking layer as an etching mask. A border region of the mask substrate is covered with an etching hard cover, while a pattern region of the mask substrate is opened. The patterned light blocking layer in the pattern region is patterned through the opening of the etching hard cover. A photo-etching operation is performed on the pattern region to remove residues of the light blocking layer.

Additionally, when new slave devices connect to the bus, they can be directly detected, and non-conflicting new addresses can be assigned, eliminating the need to reassign addresses for all connected slave devices, as required in the conventional approach.

The SR and AA engine can be configured to enhance resolution and remove aliasing artifacts of a frame to generate a first high-resolution frame with aliasing artifacts and a second high-resolution frame with aliasing artifacts removed.     Abstract: A power converter that properly copes with the wiring defects on a feedback path is shown. According to a control signal, a power driver couples an input voltage to an energy storage element to provide an output voltage that is down-converted from the input voltage. The output voltage is further converted into a feedback voltage by a feedback circuit, and is entered to an error amplifier with a reference voltage for generation of an amplified error. A control signal generator generates the control signal of the power driver according to the amplified error. The power converter specifically has a comparator, which is enabled in a soft-start stage till the output voltage reaches a stable status. The comparator compares the amplified error with a critical value. When the amplified error exceeds the critical value, the input voltage is disconnected from the energy storage element.

An address queue of a read data controller receives a cache memory address corresponding to the address signal from the tag memory module, and provides the cache memory address to the cache memory to control reading of the memory data from the cache memory.
