    Abstract: A bonding method of package components and a bonding apparatus are provided. The method includes: providing at least one first package component and a second package component, wherein the at least one first package component has first electrical connectors and a first dielectric layer at a bonding surface of the at least one first package component, and the second package component has second electrical connectors and a second dielectric layer at a bonding surface of the second package component; bringing the at least one first package component and the second package component in contact, such that the first electrical connectors approximate or contact the second electrical connectors; and selectively heating the first electrical connectors and the second electrical connectors by electromagnetic induction, in order to bond the first electrical connectors with the second electrical connectors.

    Abstract: Electrowetting display devices are presented. The electrowetting display includes a first substrate and an opposing second substrate with a transparent polar fluid layer and an opaque non-polar fluid layer insoluble with each other and interposed between the first and second substrates. A first transparent electrode is disposed on the first substrate. A second transparent electrode is disposed on the second substrate. A dielectric layer is disposed on the second transparent electrode. A reflective plate structure is interposed between the second transparent electrode and the second substrate, thereby defining a reflective region and a transmission region. A backlight plate is disposed on the back of the second substrate. During operation, the opaque non-polar fluid converges, therefore, exposing equal areas of reflective region and transmission region.

The light bar may be replaced easily by sliding out from the groove when the light bar is damaged. The cover not only may enhance the strength of the backlight module but also may prevent the backlight module over temperature.

The backlight module includes a back plate and a light guide plate (LGP), wherein the back plate has plural sidewalls and an opening opposite to one of the sidewalls. The LGP is disposed in the back plate and suitable for passing in and out the back plate through the opening. The LGP has a light entering surface, and the opening exposes the light entering surface. The LCD panel is disposed on the back plate, and the front frame is assembled with the back plate to fix the LCD panel. The light strip is disposed on the internal wall of the front frame and between the front frame and the light entering surface of the LGP. The heat generated by the light strip can be conducted to the front frame.
