    Abstract: The present invention relates to a shear deformation-type bimorphic piezoelectric actuator. The actuator includes at least a pair of shear deformation-type piezoelectric ceramic members which are polarized in the height direction thereof, coated with metal electrodes on both sides thereof and attached to opposite sides of a metal block to constitute a piezoelectric bimorph. The ceramic members are forced to undergo a face shear deformation or a resonance deformation upon receiving a driving voltage, whereby the metal block and the output head mounted thereon are driven to generate an elliptical motion, which in turn drives a rotor or a carriage to move. Taking advantage of the small dimension of the ceramic members and the enhanced displacement attributed to the piezoelectric bimorph structure, the piezoelectric actuator disclosed herein is suitable for manufacturing a miniature piezoelectric motor with high power output.

The inlet channel links to the first chamber and includes an inlet channel inlet size and an inlet channel outlet size, and the inlet channel inlet size is smaller than the inlet channel outlet size. The linking channel links to the first chamber and the second chamber and includes a linking channel inlet size and a linking channel outlet size, and the linking channel inlet size is smaller than the linking channel outlet size.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric energy hunting device and a voltage signal application system thereof are disclosed. The piezoelectric energy hunting device includes a plurality of curved piezoelectric elements, a plurality of rigid foams, and a flexible foam structure. The plurality of curved piezoelectric elements are arranged side by side with one another, wherein each curved piezoelectric element is attached to one of the rigid foams. The flexible foam structure includes a top foam and a bottom foam covering the outer surface of the plurality of curved piezoelectric elements and the plurality of rigid foams; when the flexible foam structure is compressed, the plurality of curved piezoelectric elements are simultaneously deformed, thereby generating a voltage signal. When the flexible foam structure is not compressed, the flexible foam structure and the plurality of rigid foams provide an elastic force to restore the plurality of curved piezoelectric elements.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric system for ultrasonic thermotherapy and electrotherapy comprises a first piezoelectric element, a proof mass, a second piezoelectric element and an output unit. The proof mass is disposed between the first piezoelectric element and the second piezoelectric element. The first piezoelectric element is powered by a power source to generate oscillation, which is transferred by the proof mass to the second piezoelectric element so as to cause the second piezoelectric element to move and generate power. The output unit comprises a connecting surface and a tip surface. The output unit is electronically connected with the second piezoelectric element, wherein the connecting surface is connected with the first piezoelectric element and the tip surface is formed in a tapered shape. The oscillation from the first piezoelectric element and the power generated by the second piezoelectric element are output through the tip surface.

Each of the arc-shaped piezoelectric elements locates on each of the first arc-shaped metal stands. When an external force applied on the box, the plurality of first arc-shaped metal stands deforms due to the compression from the upper portion and consequently causes the deformation of the arc-shaped piezoelectric elements for generating electricity accordingly.
