  • Publication number: 20110039671
Abstract: This present invention relates to a roller structure of a business machine, including a roller and a shaft, by which a plurality of intersecting grooves are provided on the friction surface of the roller so as to form a plurality of contact areas simultaneously on the outer surface in the lateral direction along the roller during the whole rotating process, and the shaft, driving the roller, is correspondingly installed through the insertion passage located at the center of its cylindrical structure of the roller, so as to enable feeding and aligning the paper more silently and stably with a better friction force, to accommodate the dirt or paper dust generated, and thus enhancing the life expectancy of the roller parts.

  • Publication number: 20060201025
Abstract: A heating insole, which is a pad structure that can be installed inside shoes, includes primarily an electro-thermal pad, a control circuit, and a battery. The electro-thermal pad consists of at least two layers of heat-proof fabrics and an electro-thermal structure is located between these two layers of heat-proof fabrics. The electro-thermal structure is extended to the control circuit and battery through a connecting wire, thereby forming an electric loop. Accordingly, upon installing the insole inside shoes, both the control circuit and battery can be fixed at a proper position of shoes or onto calves (ankles) of a user, at the same time, followed by turning on a switch on the control circuit, so as to enable the electro-thermal pad to be equipped with a heating effect, thereby achieving the purposes of defending against cold and increasing a life quality of a user.

  • Publication number: 20060111223
Abstract: An etched type inkjet printer roller embodying a frictional surface that actuates conveying of paper sheets that is configured on a surface of the roller possessing standard precisions. The frictional surface is configured by employing etching technology that actualizes etch points below the standard precision surface, and which effectively preserves original degrees of precision possessed by the roller, thereby realizing convenience in manufacture of the roller, and ensuring requisite degrees of precision. The present invention improves upon shortcomings of current roller manufacturing processes that impair degrees of precision of the roller, creates enhanced effectiveness in functional practicability, and is a new model having practical value.

  • Publication number: 20030067090
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a roller rod, mainly comprises a pair of symmetrical die cavities in half-tube shapes disposed between an upper and a lower dies, two half-round bearing holes are disposed at two ends thereof and one pouring channel is disposed on one lateral side of the half-tube die cavity of the upper die; a central shaft penetrates through a seamless tube mounted inside the upper and the lower dies; the rubber material is poured between the central shaft and the seamless tube so as to form a rubber roller on the central shaft; according to the said manufacturing method, a rubber roller with no joint line but smooth surface is formed outside the central shaft.
