    Abstract: An optical system affixed to an electronic apparatus is provided, including a first optical module, a second optical module, and a third optical module. The first optical module is configured to adjust the moving direction of a first light from a first moving direction to a second moving direction, wherein the first moving direction is not parallel to the second moving direction. The second optical module is configured to receive the first light moving in the second moving direction. The first light reaches the third optical module via the first optical module and the second optical module in sequence. The third optical module includes a first photoelectric converter configured to transform the first light into a first image signal.

    Abstract: A card connector has an insulating housing defining a top, a bottom opposite to the top. An ejection mechanism is disposed at one side of the insulating housing. The ejection mechanism includes a slider, an elastic element and a cam lever. Two opposite ends of the cam lever respectively have a first hook portion for being fixed in a receiving hole defined at the top of the insulating housing and a second hook portion for being movably arranged in the slider and different in length with the first hook portion. The bottom of the insulating housing defines an observation slot communicating with the receiving hole at a portion corresponding to the receiving hole. The height of the receiving hole is shorter than the length of one of the first and second hook portions and not shorter than the other of the first and second hook portions.

    Abstract: The card connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals received by the insulating housing, an ejector mechanism having a slider disposed at a side of the insulating housing, a lock member fixed on the slider, having a retention arm, a free end of the retention arm formed a projection for inserting into the gap of the inserted electronic card, a top side of the retention arm having a portion adjacent to the hook projecting upwards to form a lock piece and a shielding shell. The shielding shell has a guide groove which includes a slot extending frontward and rearward, a front end of an outer side of the slot being enlarged outwards to form a trough, wherein the lock piece is restrained in a rear end of the slot opposite to the trough and can move outwards in the trough of the guiding groove.

The wing has a slot extending along a front-to-rear direction, and a plurality of positioning pegs extended downwards from a lateral edge thereof. The lower shell has a lower cover and two lateral plates bent upwards from two opposite sides of the lower cover and flanked to the insulating housing. Each of the lateral plates has a clasper which passes through the slot of the wing and extends laterally to hook a side of the slot, for buckling the upper shell with the lower shell together.

    Abstract: An electrical terminal integrated with an insulating housing by means of insert molding includes a long and narrow base plate embedded in the insulating housing, a soldering portion extended from one end of the base plate and a contact portion connected with the other end of the base plate. The base plate defines at least one fixing hole passing therethrough at a portion thereof. Portions of two opposite sides of the base plate are recessed inward to form at least one pair of opposite openings. A pair of opposite buckling tabs is extended outwardly from inmost edges of the pair of opening, slanted and bent downward. During molding, the fluent plastic material flows into the fixing hole and the openings, the buckling tabs are buckled and embedded in the insulating housing.

Each of the first terminal recesses includes a fixing recess extending frontward and rearward. The fixing recess has a substantially middle portion extending towards a side to form a sliding recess. The sliding recess has a rear portion extended rearward at a lower portion thereof to form a stopping recess and a stopping portion over the stopping recess. A plurality of first connecting terminals are received in the corresponding first terminal recesses. The first connecting terminal has a first fixing portion. A substantially middle portion of one side of the first fixing portion is extended sideward and then bent upwards to form a barb-shaped intruded portion inserted into the stopping recess from the sliding recess for being stopped by the stopping portion.

    Abstract: An electrical terminal integrated with an insulating housing by means of insert molding includes a base plate embedded in the insulating housing, a soldering portion and a contact portion oppositely extended from two opposite ends of the base plate. A portion of the base plate is perpendicularly punched to divide the base plate into three parts designated as two first fastening plates and a second fastening plate which is connected between the two first fastening plates by two connecting portions. A bend is accordingly formed between the second fastening plate and the first fastening plates. During insert molding, the fluent plastic material flows around the base plate to make the first fastening plates, the second fastening plate and the connecting portions fully and firmly wrapped with the fluent plastic material due to the bend so as to form a firm integration between the electrical terminal and the insulating housing.

    Abstract: A power plug adapted for being assembled by a jig which defines a plurality of receiving holes therein and an engaging portion formed on each of the receiving hole, includes a main body defining a passageway and having a basic portion, a terminal received in the passageway and having a soldering piece extending out from the main body, a fixing element inserted into the passageway, a shell and a holding element. The basic portion defines a positioning portion on an outer surface thereof. The shell surrounds the main body and the basic portion extends out of the shell. The holding element has a surrounding portion clasping the shell. When the power plug is disposed in the receiving hole of the jig, the positioning portion is engaged with the engaging portion for preventing the power plug rotating in the receiving hole.
