  • Publication number: 20240113034
Abstract: A method for forming a semiconductor package is provided. The method includes forming a first alignment mark in a first substrate of a first wafer and forming a first bonding structure over the first substrate. The method also includes forming a second bonding structure over a second substrate of a second wafer and trimming the second substrate, so that a first width of the first substrate is greater than a second width of the second substrate. The method further includes attaching the second wafer to the first wafer via the first bonding structure and the second bonding structure, thinning the second wafer until a through-substrate via in the second substrate is exposed, and performing a photolithography process on the second wafer using the first alignment mark.

  • Publication number: 20230355004
Abstract: A smart mattress includes an airbag unit, a sensing unit, and a control unit. The airbag unit includes a first surface and a second surface arranged opposite to each other. The sensing unit senses a distance data between the first surface and the second surface. When the control unit determines that the distance data is less than a preset distance, the control unit inflates the airbag unit to make the distance data be greater than or equal to the preset distance. The present disclosure further includes a control method for the smart mattress.

  • Patent number: 11205432
Abstract: A cross-platform communication method, a server device and an electronic device are provided. A user message from a first electronic device is received via a first service providing platform. A user intent of the user message and a keyword associated with at least one second electronic device are recognized. The contact information of the second electronic device is queried according to the keyword. A response message related to the user message is transmitted to the second electronic device via a second service providing platform according to the contact information and the user intent, such that the second electronic device performs a function according to the response message.

  • Patent number: 7379438
Abstract: A Quality-of-Service-enabled access point (QAP) broadcasts an initial number of time slots and an upper limit to a Quality-of-Service-enabled station (QSTA). The QSTA generates a random number between 0 and 1. The QSTA selects a time slot from the initial number of time slots for data transmission contention and issues a TXOP reservation request to the QAP in the time slot if the random number is lower than the upper limit. The QAP generates a reservation result. The QAP broadcasts the reservation result to the QSTA if more than one QSTA issued reservation requests in the same time slot. The QSTA selects a new time slot for data transmission contention and issues a new TXOP reservation request to the QAP in the new time slot if the previous reservation is not successful according to the reservation result.

  • Patent number: 7301931
Abstract: A hexanary-feedback contention access method is provided in a wireless network having at least one base station capable of distinguishing at most 5 mobile stations concurrently requesting for register. A random procedure determines whether each mobile station is allowed proceeding contention access at a subsequent slot. The quantity of mobile stations capable of proceeding contention access at the subsequent slot is defined as a current mobile station quantity. If the quantity is from 2 to 5, a random procedure is performed based on the quantity to determine whether a contention access is proceeded at a subsequent slot. The mobile station quantity is then detected and if the quantity is 1, the mobile station is allowed for registration and the current mobile station quantity is decremented. If the current mobile station quantity is not equal to 0, the random procedure is repeated based on the current mobile station quantity.
