  • Patent number: 6928700
Abstract: A rotating shaft with radial press device comprises a cylindrical rod and at least a friction part. The cylindrical rod extends from the rotating shaft and provides at least a milled face. The friction part is a ring piece composed of a circular section and an arched section and a gap is formed between the circular section and the arched section. An axial hole is surrounded by both of the circular section and the arched section for accommodating the cylindrical rod. Further, the arched section has a gradually reduced inner radius. As soon as the cylindrical rod is tightly pressed by the arched section, a position of standstill can be formed and when the milled face touches the free end of the arched section, the cylindrical rod can moves in a direction so that the milled face keeps contact with the free end of the arched section in a state of locking automatically.

  • Patent number: 6658699
Abstract: A rotating shaft with open and shut function comprises a shaft part, a fixing part, a slide part, an extension part and/or a rotating part. When a lid on an article rotates, the rotating slants of the rotating projections on the rotating part move along the end projections of the slide part to allow the sliding juts on the slide part moving along the fixing juts on the fixing part so as to compress the extension part between the fixing part and the slide part. When the lid rotates an angle till the rotating projections contacting face to face with the end projections, the lid can be located in a state of standstill. When rotating slants move to the slant side of the respective end projection at the another side thereof, the extension part stretches to allow the slide part moving back axially so that the rotating slants can move along the end slants to form a state of engagement between the rotating slants and the end slants respectively and the lid can be fully opened automatically.

  • Publication number: 20030122046
Abstract: A support base of a liquid crystal display includes a stationary part, a rotational part, an axial joint part and a catch device. A resilient device can be selectively joined to the support base. A lock jut can selectively move in a rotary recess for angular adjustment or engage with lock recess to make the liquid crystal display being parallel to the lower base during the rotational part rotating with the locating plate.

  • Patent number: 5996179
Abstract: A device for preventing inadvertent pressing of push button keys of an article, including an upper cover means, a turning axle means, and a pivot joint means. When an upper cover plate of the upper cover means is lifted, pointed portions of two curved projections of a relay axle of the turning axle means will displace along end recesses to pointed portions of two curved ends, so that the relay axle presses a retractable spring and displace radially in a transverse direction, so that its end wings extend into a wing chamber while two side wings extend into an end chamber. When the pointed portions of the two curved projections pass over the pointed portions of the two curved ends, since the pointed portions of the curved projections lose support thereof, they turn axially along the end recesses by means of the resilience of the spring until being positioned. Hence, the upper cover plate can automatically be uplifted about a certain angle to facilitate pressing of the push button keys.

  • Patent number: 5151067
Abstract: A fully automatic transmission system for a vehicle eliminates the use of hydraulic or electromagnetic valves to control speed change, and instead utilizes clutches to change shift and disconnect power transmission, to minimize power consumption during idle shift, and to prevent slipping of the vehicle during climb on an upgrade, respectively, when no power is transmitted to the vehicle wheels, and without the need to brake the vehicle. When the revolving speed of the vehicle engine is slower that that of the transmission shaft, idle rotation of the system's clutch lining connector is automatically prevented.
