Abstract: A magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) device includes two magnetic tunnel junction elements and a magnetic shielding layer. The two magnetic tunnel junction elements are arranged side by side. The magnetic shielding layer is disposed between the magnetic tunnel junction elements. A method of forming said magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) device includes the following steps. An interlayer including a magnetic shielding layer is formed. The interlayer is etched to form recesses in the interlayer. The magnetic tunnel junction elements fill in the recesses. Or, a method of forming said magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) device includes the following steps. A magnetic tunnel junction layer is formed. The magnetic tunnel junction layer is patterned to form magnetic tunnel junction elements. An interlayer including a magnetic shielding layer is formed between the magnetic tunnel junction elements.

Abstract: A biodegradable filler for restoration of alveolar bones is disclosed, which includes: first cross-linked collagen fibers prepared from reacting Non-crosslinked collagen fibers with a cross-linking agent; and supporting particles which are biomedical ceramic particles, bioactive glass, or a combination thereof, and distributed among the first cross-linked collagen fibers.

Abstract: A glue gun which includes a housing, a barrel slidably mounted in the front side of the housing, the barrel defining a heating chamber and a fusion chamber above the heating chamber, one-way clamp provided inside the housing to hold a glue stick, permitting the glue stick to be fed into the fusion chamber, a igniter and gas burner unit mounted in the housing and controlled by an ignition control switch to burn fuel gas in the heating chamber, the igniter and gas burner unit having a metal screw tube for holding a soldering tip in front of a flame nozzle thereof.

Abstract: A gas soldering iron comprises a gas cylinder for storage of gas, a lower holder plate fixedly mounted on the gas cylinder at the top, which lower holder plate is connected with a T-shaped mechanism having set therein an elongated conduit tube and a movable tube to further match with a switching element, a gas jet cap, a spring and a revolving knob so as to control gas flow rate. The released gas from the cylinder through the T-shaped mechanism is further passing through a upper holder plate wherein the gas is mixed with the circulated air to further run through metal tubular element for producing a fire to heat the soldering head for performing soldering process.
