  • Publication number: 20210039066
Abstract: A process of producing a substrate having activated carbon includes solving an insoluble adhesive in water and mixing same to form an adhesive solution; adding activated carbon to the adhesive solution and mixing same until activated carbon is adhered to the adhesive solution to an activated carbon solution having activated carbon powder; adding the activated carbon solution to a substrate and flowing the activated carbon solution into the substrate; heating the substrate at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time until water in the activated carbon solution of the substrate evaporate wherein vapor forms air channels toward outer surfaces of the substrate and the air channels are served as air passable holes of the substrate; and suddenly cooling the substrate having the air channels which are formed as the air passable holes, thereby producing a substrate having activated carbon.

  • Patent number: 10882288
Abstract: A multifunction mat includes two outer fabric layers, a resin cotton layer, two non-woven fabric layers, an activated carbon filter layer and a breathable waterproof layer. The outer fabric layers are disposed on top and bottom surfaces of the multifunction mat respectively. The resin cotton layer is sandwiched between one outer fabric layer on the top surface and the non-woven fabric layer and is secured to one outer fabric layer. One non-woven fabric layer is sandwiched between the resin cotton layer and the activated carbon filter layer and the other non-woven fabric layer is sandwiched between the activated carbon filter layer and the breathable waterproof layer. The activated carbon filter layer is sandwiched between the non-woven fabric layers and is capable of destroying odors of air. The breathable waterproof layer is sandwiched between the other outer fabric layer on the bottom surface and the other non-woven fabric layer.

  • Patent number: 10701910
Abstract: An improved structure of the aquarium filter includes a filter cloth made of nonwoven fabric with small pores and high density that is installed on the outermost layer of the filter, an activated carbon filter sheet that wraps within the filter cloth and can deodorize smell and filter impurities, and a filter net made of resin foam with large pores and low density that wraps within the activated carbon filter sheet. The filter is made of filter materials in multiple layers that are formed individually by one single process so that the production cost can be reduced. Furthermore, a support frame is installed on the aquarium. A support platform is set on the support frame on which the planting unit sits. The filter is placed on the uppermost support platform. Nutrients generated from the decomposition of fish excreta in the water are absorbed by plants.
