    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming an underlying structure in a first area and a second area over a substrate. A first layer is formed over the underlying structure. The first layer is removed from the second area while protecting the first layer in the first area. A second layer is formed over the first area and the second area, wherein the second layer has a smaller light transparency than the first layer. The second layer is removed from the first area, and first resist pattern is formed over the first layer in the first area and a second resist pattern over the second layer in the second area.

    Abstract: An anti-diffusion substrate structure includes a substrate, a substrate circuit layer, and a chip. The substrate has multiple through holes. Within each of the through holes includes a first metal layer and an anti-diffusion layer plated on the first metal layer. The anti-diffusion layer is an Electroless Palladium Immersion Gold (EPIG) layer or an Electroless Nickel Electroless Palladium Immersion Gold (ENEPIG) layer. The substrate circuit layer is mounted on the substrate and extended on the anti-diffusion layer within each of the through holes. The substrate circuit layer is made of a second metal layer, and a composition of the second metal layer is different from a composition of the first metal layer. The chip is electrically connected to the substrate circuit layer. The anti-diffusion layer is able to better prevent material of the first metal layer from migrating or diffusing to the second metal layer.

    Abstract: A miniaturized track exercising device includes a chassis on which a counterweight wheel set is provided. The counterweight wheel set is provided with a resistance adjusting unit. Two crank arms extend in opposite directions and are arranged on opposite sides of the counterweight wheel set. Each crank arm is pivotally connected to a pedal in an offset manner. The pedals are provided with a guide rail unit that is opposite to the crank arms with respect to the pedals and that provides a pivot joint and a fulcrum. Thus, when the pedals are being treaded, with the counterweight wheel set inducing a sufficient resistance that is adjusted with the resistance adjusting unit and the guide rail unit providing support against gravitational force acting on the pedals while the pedals undergo track motion, the pedals are constrained by the guide rail unit to generate an elliptical track motion.

    Abstract: An exercise machine making use of the body weight of an exerciser as a load weight thereof comprises a base, a fixation rod member, an upper rocking bar member, a lower rocking bar member, an expandable connection bar member, a seat pad, a back pad, a handle, and a cushioning member. Unlike a conventional exercise machine, the exercise machine so disclosed is composed of no weights. The fixation rod member can be adjusted in accordance with the height of an exerciser. The length of the expandable connection rod member can be adjusted by adjusting the pivoting position of the upper rocking bar member or the length of the fixation rod member. The exerciser can use the machine by seating or standing on the seat pad of the machine for doing the muscle-building exercise.
