  • Patent number: 7102093
Abstract: A key with binding structure includes an elastic key body and a membrane board bound to each other by an adhesive. The elastic key body has an operation portion extending upward there-from for being accessible and a supporting portion protruding downward there-from. A loop groove is defined in a bottom surface of the supporting portion. The membrane board has a top surface from which a projecting wall is projected. The projecting wall is wedged into the loop groove. In assembling, the loop groove absorbs the superfluous adhesive, thereby preventing the adhesive from overflowing. The engagement between the projecting wall and the loop groove performs positioning of the elastic key body and a membrane board, so a fixture for location is not needed in assembling.

  • Patent number: 6454617
Abstract: An electrical connector (4) includes an elongate molded plastic housing (50) with a pair of rows of terminal cavities (52) spaced along the length of the housing and a terminal (3) fitted in each cavity. Each terminal (3) includes an integral body (31) stamp-formed from thin metal strip. The body (31) comprises a front base (312) and a middle base (310). An elongate flat tail (318) extends longitudinally backwardly away from the body (31). A pair of spring arms (32, 34) extends upwardly from lateral sides of the middle base (310).

  • Patent number: 6254406
Abstract: A flexible board electrical connector includes a housing with two integral lower barb elements, and a front cover, which rotates on the housing between open and closed positions. Each of the lower barb elements has a vertical plate portion, and a lateral projection that extends laterally from an upper end of the vertical plate portion. When the cover is at the closed position, two retaining projections of the cover engage the lateral projections of the housing, thereby preventing upward removal of the retaining projections of the cover from the housing. The cover has two integral pivot pins on two end portions thereof, which are mounted respectively and rotatably within two accommodating spaces in the housing. Preferably, the housing further includes two integral upper barb elements, each of which has a horizontal plate portion, and a downward projection that extends downwardly from a front end of the horizontal plate portion into an inlet of a pivot accommodating space in the housing.

  • Patent number: 5681188
Abstract: An electrical connector including a plastic base frame having a plurality of terminal insertion holes, a plurality of terminals respectively inserted into the terminal insertion holes and mounted in the base frame and respectively welded to a cable, a metal cover shell covered on the base frame, and a packing plastic molded on the base frame in flush with the metal cover shell and covered over the terminals and one end of the cable, wherein the base frame has a plurality of flexible projecting strips respectively extended from the periphery of the terminal insertion holes toward the cable and embedded in the packing plastic, the flexible projecting strips being deformed by heat to block up one end of the terminal insertion holes during the molding of the packing plastic; the metal cover shell has filling holes corresponding to the flexible projecting strips for the filling of the sealing plastic fluid.

  • Patent number: 5339265
Abstract: A universal transform processor using at least a one dimensional (1-D) transform processor to produce N dimensional transforms without transposition and providing a fully pipelined structure with a through put rate of N clock cycles for an N.times.N successive serial input with parallel output data. The universal transform processor can efficiently compute Discrete Cosine, Sine, Hartley, Fourier, Lapped Orthogonal, and Complex Lapped transforms for continuous input data stream. The architecture is regular, modular, and has only local interconnections in both data and control paths. The universal transform processor is practical for very large scale integrated (VLSI) implementation.
