The hemispherical wall has a plurality of annularly spaced and a plurality of annularly spaced outer holes, with the inner holes spaced from the outer holes in a radial direction. A plurality of tubes is formed on an inner face of the semispherical wall, with each tube extending from a corresponding one of the inner and outer holes into the interior space but spaced from the rear end of the housing.
