  • Publication number: 20190048493
Abstract: A carbon fiber bundle forming method, wherein the at least one carbon fiber bundle can be evenly heated since it is heated with microwave in the first and second microwave steps. Besides, the at least one carbon fiber bundle is treated in the laser step, laser can reach into the interior of the at least one carbon fiber bundle to enable the carbonization and graphitization to take place more evenly, then the carbon fiber bundle is treated in the subsequent roughening treatment step, the resin forming step and the semi-cure forming step, so that the interior of the at least one carbon fiber bundle can be heated evenly, which allows the at least one carbon fiber bundle to be carbonized evenly.

  • Patent number: 9975286
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a composite material made ornament by using a mould assembly only involves: positioning of the fastener in the first mould, positioning of the composite material layers in the second mould, and then closing the mould assembly, injecting glue and drying, then obtaining a composite material made ornament. The glue injecting process enables the glue to be fully penetrated into the composite material layers to connect the composite material layer and the fastener, and to form the connecting portion at the same time, which not only improves the manufacturing efficiency, but also enhances the structure strength and quality of the product of the present invention. Furthermore, the composite material made ornament is fixed to the fixing member by the fastener, without the problem that the glue is likely to be aged or degraded, causing peeling off of the carbon fiber composite.

  • Publication number: 20160075056
Abstract: A fiber composite material microwave curing device with an endless conveyor belt includes an input area and an output area, and a tunnel microwave device disposed above the belt and located between the input and output areas. The tunnel microwave device includes an input port and an output port. A method for curing fiber composite material using the microwave curing device includes: putting a fiber cloth containing an impregnated material into a mold, covering the mold with a sealing bag and vacuuming the sealing bag; placing the vacuumed mold in the input area, using the belt to move the to-be-treated object to the input port; using the tunnel microwave device to heat the vacuumed mold to 80-400° C. within 5-30 seconds; and moving the mold from the output port to the output area, taking out the mold from the sealing bag, then taking out a final product from the mold.

  • Publication number: 20080129638
Abstract: A composite structure for an antenna and a shell, wherein the antenna mode is pre-set on the surface of the shell of the computer or the electric appliances before the shell is formed. The main layers are preimpregnated with resin and then are subjected to integral forming process, so that the antenna is laminated on shell to improve the stability of the whole structure. Further, on the shell surface can be disposed a plurality of antenna modes. And since the shell is a main layer which naturally can acts as a conductive shield to improve the function and efficiency of the antenna mode.
