    Abstract: A circuit board comprises a substrate with opposite first and second sides. A pair of plated through holes (PTHs) extends along z-axis. A pair of signal traces are made on the first side of the substrate and electrically coupled to the pair of the PTHs respectively to form a differential pair. A ground metal is made on the second side of the substrate, the ground metal has a clearance made therein. The ground metal extends fully overlapping with the full signal traces to eliminate reflection noise caused by a boundary between the clearance and the metal ground.

    Abstract: An automatic time adjusting device of a GPS of car safety control systems is disclosed. The car safety control system includes at least a car DVR, a GPS receiver and some other components such as a plurality of image sensors, a speaker and a car display monitor so as to achieve monitoring for vehicular safety. The GPS receiver receives the location information, clock signals of the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and standard second signal from a GPS satellite. By means of a time zone setting unit, the value of the time difference between the GMT and each of 24 the time zones on earth is provided according to the GPS location information. Then a microprocessor calculates the value of the time difference and determines the current time data such as the values of year/month/day/hour/minute/second in accordance with the car location.

The storage device of car event data recorders includes at least two sets of memory or at least one memory set with at least two memory areas. The first memory module (or area) is used to record real time audio/video data with continuous attributes while the second memory module (or area) is for retrieving and recording audio/video data at the time of the accident and/or pre-alarm audio/video data before the accident and/or post-alarm audio/video data after the accident. The interval before or after the accident may be a few decades of seconds. Thereby the storage device of car event data recorders can perform long-term safety control operations and completely record real time audio/video data during, before and after each event. Therefore, certain audio/video data is stored for long-term preservation and checked. Thus the efficiency of the storage device of car event data recorders is improved.
