  • Publication number: 20170043458
Abstract: A pneumatic tool motor includes a cylinder, a rotor set, an output shaft and an internal hammering device received in a roller cylinder of the rotor set. A front cover and a rear cover respectively mounted on two opposite ends of the roller cylinder, wherein a front bearing and a rear bearing are respectively disposed in the front cover and the rear cover. The roller cylinder has two opposite ends respectively connected to the first bearing and the second bearing and the two opposite ends of the roller cylinder respectively abut against the front cover and the rear cover. Consequently, the roller cylinder does not needs to form any terminal structures on its two opposite ends for simplifying structure, reducing manufacturing cost and narrowing volume.

  • Publication number: 20150330219
Abstract: A pneumatic tool motor rotor with thrust augmentation effect has a rotor body in the shape of a three-dimensional cylinder having a circular wall and two end faces, and the circular wall is circularly arranged with multiple concave grooves with preset intervals. Motive blades are configured on the concave grooves, flexible on the radial direction. A power outputting shaft protrudes from the rotor body. Augmenting concave parts are formed nearby the concave grooves on the circular wall of the rotor body and include a wind guiding surface and a pushed augmenting surface, with the facing direction of the pushed augmenting surface being the same as or close to that of the motive blades. Between the pushed augmenting surface and the nearby concave groove, a separating rib is formed, and the wind guiding surface extends outside from the inner end of the pushed augmenting surface and connects with the circular wall.

  • Patent number: 8647084
Abstract: In a cylinder dividing mechanism of a pneumatic tool, the first and second air pressure driving spaces are formed in the chamber, the first and second external channels are set externally on the circumferential wall, the first external channel is connected with the first air intake and air intake/exhaust dividing controller, and the second external channel is connected with the second air intake and air intake/exhaust dividing controller. As such, a single chamber is provided with two air pressure driving spaces for synchronous compression and driving of the rotor. The driving torsion for the pneumatic tool could be multiplied without need of increasing the volume of the chamber of the cylinder to cater for the need of the users with improved applicability.

  • Patent number: 8196675
Abstract: An impact hammer with pre-pressing damping and buffering effect includes a handle, outer barrel, air inlet, internal slide, actuating cylinder, air flow switching module and air inlet coupling portion. A front damper is assembled between the front end of the internal slide and the front end wall of the holding space and is characterized by a two-section pre-pressing rear damper assembled between the rear end of the internal slide and the rear end wall of the holding space. The two-section pre-pressing rear damper includes superposed upper and lower elastic buffers. At least the lower elastic buffer is pressed by a pre-pressing member to the preset degree. When the impact hammer yields recoil force under the impaction of the piston, the pre-pressing rear damper is employed to realize stronger buffering effect, so that the impact force is not much affected, thereby improving the impact efficiency and yielding excellent buffering effect.

  • Publication number: 20120048583
Abstract: A reciprocating pneumatic tool has a main tool body, a suspension internal slider and a rear damping spring. A front buffer air chamber is formed the main tool body and the suspension internal slider. A by-pass air supply passage is set into the cylinder wall of the main tool body and is arranged at interval with the hollow chamber along its extension. Both ends of the by-pass air supply passage have a first and a second venting end. The first venting end is linked to the air control valve chamber of the air pressure control module, and the second venting end is linked to the front buffer air chamber. Air pressure passing through air control valve chamber can be guided the through by-pass air supply passage, so the front buffer air chamber accumulates air pressure to generate a damping effect on the front end of the suspension internal slider.

  • Publication number: 20110232475
Abstract: An integrated module of cylinder and reversing assembly of a reciprocating pneumatic tool is arranged between an air pressure guiding seat and a guiding cylinder of piston rod in the groove of a reciprocating pneumatic tool. The integrated module includes a cylinder body with a hollow body shaping an inner/external end and a chamber. The chamber is used for accommodating the piston of the piston rod. Several air flow ducts are laterally set at interval onto the chamber. A reversible actuating slot is recessed into the inner end of the cylinder body, and provided with a through-hole connected with the chamber of the cylinder body. A reversing brake block is accommodated movably into the reversible actuating slot. A spacing ring is accommodated into the reversible actuating slot to limit the reversing brake block. The cylinder and flow reversing body can be combined to simplify the structural members.
