Abstract: A gamma tap circuit includes: (i) a first gamma division circuit configured to generate a first gamma tap voltage by performing voltage division of an upper gamma tap voltage and a lower gamma tap voltage, in-sync with a first clock signal CK1 and a first complementary clock signal CK1b, which is 180° out-of-phase relative to CK1, (ii) a second gamma division circuit configured to generate a second gamma tap voltage by performing voltage division of the upper gamma tap voltage and the first gamma tap voltage, in-sync with a second clock signal CK2 and a second complementary clock signal CK2b, which is 180° out-of-phase relative to CK2, and (iii) a third gamma division circuit configured to generate a third gamma tap voltage by performing voltage division of the first gamma tap voltage and the lower gamma tap voltage, in response to CK2 and CK2b, which have a lower frequency relative to CK1 and CK1b.

The mechanical power generation device with a heat source end and a cold source end and the electric power generation device are integrated into the cavity. The heat source end is exposed from the cavity for contacting with a heat source in the well; the cold source end and the electric power generation device are located in the cavity. A heat conduction fluid is filled into the cavity, the heat conduction module extends from the cavity to the outside of the well. Accordingly, a temperature difference between the cold source end and the heat source end is created to enable the mechanical power generation device to mechanically drive the electric power generation device to generate electricity.

The blockchain includes a customer endpoint and a vendor endpoint, the customer endpoint and the vendor endpoint corresponding to a customer device and a vendor device, respectively. The computing device comprises a data storage module and a procurement management module. The data storage module stores at least one product sales channel public key and at least one product data. The customer device is connected to the computing device through the blockchain by a product public key of a product sales channel, and acquires the product data from the data storage module. The procurement management module is configured to enable the customer device to establish a product order message with the vendor endpoint, and to broadcast the message in the blockchain. The product order message is encrypted and authenticated by a customer private key.

The electronic transaction system includes a computing device having a verification module, a processing module and a broadcasting module, and the blockchain includes a plurality of user nodes connecting to the computing device. The verification module is configured to generate notification information according to a transaction event, and the notification information is transmitted to a first and second user nodes. The processing module is configured to generate a first and second transaction currency values, the sum of which is zero, after the verification module receives the verification information from the first and second user nodes. The broadcasting module is configured to record transaction information associated with the transferring of the first and second transaction currency values in a data block, and to broadcast the data block to each of user nodes.

Abstract: Nuclear receptor LXR is an important member of 49 nuclear receptors in human bodies and has irreplaceable regulatory effects on cholesterol and fat metabolisms. The regulation of the biological activity of LXR may have therapeutic effects to the conditions such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular obstructions, non-insulin dependent hyperglycemia, immune function disorders, and central nerve functional degeneration. We have developed a group of novel Chinese materia medica preparations targeting nuclear receptor LXR by using a computer-simulated docking technology and a process for determining biological activities of human cells cultured ex vivo. The group of preparations are featured by simple ingredients, low costs, easy to prepare, etc. No significant adverse effects were found in initial acute toxicology analysis which was carried out using mice.
