  • Publication number: 20170172717
Abstract: A dental carrier comprises a thermoplastic carrier. The thermoplastic carrier has a pattern structure. After heating the thermoplastic carrier, the thermoplastic carrier is provided with a user to be impressed by teeth or alveolar ridge for forming teeth or alveolar ridge model of the user. Compared to the prior art, the dental carrier of the present invention can provide the dental medicament contained in the pattern structure to be precisely applied and hold onto the treatment area and the medicament can be evenly coated on the teeth, root, or periodontal tissue for the treatment of teeth. When the dental carrier is not used to carry medicament, the pattern structure can improve the mechanical strength and fitness of the dental carrier to be used as a biteplate, orthodontic retainer, periodontal dressing for treatment or protection or mouth guard in sports.

  • Patent number: 8663451
Abstract: The present invention provides a linker for joining an electrode and a capture probe on a biochip, and a biochip comprising the linker. The impedance baseline of the linker of the present invention is three orders lower than the conventional long chain thiol linker when adopting in a fadaraic impedance biochip construction. With lower impedance baseline, the device designed to measure the signal of the biochip of the present invention could be further simplied on the electrical circuit design and be made in lower cost, compacter size and get the potential to be used in point-of-care applications. The present invention also provides a method of quantitatively detecting a concentration of a target analyte in a fluid sample by adopting the biochip and the linker of present invention.

  • Publication number: 20060085954
Abstract: An improved structure bolt snap in which a rounded annular groove is disposed around the bolt body of a retaining body between the protruding ring and the stop ring, a vertical hollow passage and two horizontal through-holes are fabricated in a swivel component, and the lowest end of the slide slot cut contiguously along the bore of the retaining body is of an arcuate shape. As such, after the rounded annular groove and the stop ring of the retaining body are admitted into the hollow passage of the swivel component, two pins are inserted into the through-holes and the rounded annular groove, thereby constrictively conjoining the retaining body and the swivel component to effectively prevent their separation. Additionally, since the lowest end of the slide slot in the retaining body is of an arcuate shape, it is capable of dispersing concentrated stress when pulled by an external force.

  • Publication number: 20050138781
Abstract: An improved structure bolt snap wherein a check member is situated in the movable bolt of the bolt snap retaining body to provide for the open and closed states of the retaining body via the actuating member horizontal smooth section located in the movable bolt passage, the external threads at the outermost extremity of which are fastened to the check member inside the movable bolt. When the retaining body is closed, the actuating member is rotated until the check member fastened to the actuating member is exposed at the outer periphery of the retaining body bore, disabling the downward movement of the actuating member such that the retaining body is maintained in a closed state, thereby effectively ensuring safe closure and coupling.
