    Abstract: A method for remotely shutting down a downhole unit of a rotary steering system from ground includes steps of: a: calculating a pressure difference P1 between a front end and a rear end of the drill water hole; b: calculating an extension loss ?P; c: calculating a pressure P2 at the riser after turning on the downlink device; d: calculating an opening area S1 of the throttle valve of the downlink device; and e: adjusting the throttle valve to a calculated opening degree; automatically targeting the function block that needs to be cut off according to a flow change detected downhole, and shutting down the downhole unit. The method can realize self-protection and continuous operation of the entire rotary steering system, reduce frequency of inspection that needs to pull back the drill when the rotary steering system is abnormal, improve drilling efficiency, and reduce costs.

    Abstract: A gamma fusion computing method based on gamma probe parameters is provided, which relates to the technical field of oil drilling equipment while drilling, including: acquiring measurement values of two gamma probes in one continuous rotation period, and utilizing a mean value and a variance of the measurement values in the one rotation period as an evaluation reference value of each gamma probe; determining whether the gamma probes are abnormal, if the two gamma probes are both normal, utilizing the weight values to perform weight fusion on the measured values measured by two gamma probes, and if there is a gamma probe that is abnormal, then multiplying the average of the measured values of the normal gamma probe in the rotation period by 2 as a gamma output value for output. The gamma fusion computing method is capable of accurately determine the abnormal conditions of the gamma probes and effectively resolve the abnormal output.

    Abstract: An interference measurement system self-alignment method, which can be realized through an optical image interference measurement system. The method comprises the following steps of: utilizing the imaging device to get the optical information of the object to be measured and store the optical information thus obtained; performing the inclination adjustment of the first direction rotation axis of the object platform based on the direction of the interference fringe in the optical information until the interference fringes are adjusted to a defined orthogonal direction, thus eliminating the inclination of the first direction rotation axis; and performing the inclination adjustment of the second direction rotation axis of the object platform based on the expansion direction of the interference fringe in the optical information until the spacing of the interference fringes are adjusted to the maximum, thus eliminating the inclination of the second direction rotation axis.
