    Abstract: A supporting structure for a reverse countershaft of a transmission includes a transmission case, a partition wall and a boss, wherein the transmission case, the partition wall and the boss are formed integrally; a reverse idler gear installation space is provided between a side, close to a transmission main case, of the partition wall and the boss; and the partition wall is provided with a second reverse countershaft supporting hole and an auxiliary case countershaft supporting hole which are not concentric. In supporting structure for the reverse countershaft of the transmission, multiple ribs are used to support the boss of the reverse countershaft, the boss of the reverse intermediate shaft is cast until reaching the rear auxiliary case partition wall, and in combination with machining work, the reverse idle wheel space is milled by a disc milling cutter.

    Abstract: A transmission operating mechanism includes an operating housing, wherein an inner shifting shaft is provided in the operating housing, and the operating housing is provided with, from left to right, a first position-limiting structure installation hole, a shifting block installation cavity, a second position-limiting structure installation hole and a balancing spring installation cavity; and a shifting block is installed in the shifting block installation cavity and is connected to the inner shifting shaft via a shifting block positioning pin. The spatial position of the operating housing is fully utilized to effectively arrange each functional component, and the requirement for modification is fully considered within the limited dimensional range. Therefore, various operation modes may be achieved by simply providing several modified parts without changing the operating housing.

    Abstract: A structure for reducing the effort required to shift gears in a heavy-duty transmission. A shifting fork shaft is arranged in the case of a transmission. A linear bearing is arranged between the outer surface of the shift fork shaft and the inner surface of the case, thus transforming the sliding friction of a large area into the rolling friction of each rolling element of the linear bearing. The present structure effectively reduces the effort required to shift gears, improves shift smoothness and overcomes the poor wear-resistance and damage caused by pulling in conventional shift fork structures, while also reducing the likelihood of irreparable damage to the transmission case caused by over-grinding of holes on said case.

    Abstract: A device for detecting a gear position of an auxiliary transmission of a transmission is provided, which includes an auxiliary transmission shifting fork shaft, an auxiliary transmission shifting fork, a signal switch, wherein the auxiliary transmission shifting fork or the auxiliary transmission shifting fork shaft is provided with a contact device configured to be separated from or to contact the signal switch, and when the auxiliary transmission shifting fork or the auxiliary transmission shifting fork shaft moves axially, the contact device contacts the signal switch to provide a gear-shifting signal to the signal switch. In gear shifting operation, the auxiliary transmission shifting fork or the auxiliary transmission shifting fork shaft moves axially, and when the gear shifting operation is completed, the contact device contacts the auxiliary transmission signal switch, thereby transmitting a signal to the auxiliary transmission signal switch for guiding a driver.
