Abstract: In the present invention, a laser pointer is mounted on an upper mold and formed to mark a position of an auxiliary raw material disposed on a raw material disposed on a lower mold so that everyone can easily accurately arrange the auxiliary raw material at a predetermined position and molds the auxiliary raw material to improve a molding efficiency. In particular, in the present invention, the laser pointer is formed to mark vertex positions of the auxiliary raw material so that an operator can arrange vertexes of the auxiliary raw material at the predetermined position to quickly arrange the auxiliary raw material at the predetermined position and accurately mold the auxiliary raw material. In this case, in the present invention, at least two laser points are mounted along an edge of the upper mold to mark vertices of the auxiliary raw material so that the auxiliary raw material can be more quickly accurately disposed at the predetermined position and integrally molded.

  • Publication number: 20240092282
Abstract: The present invention provides a headliner for vehicles with a speaker, the headliner including a base material facing a roof panel and a fabric layer installed on a surface of the base material exposed to a vehicle interior, wherein the headliner does not have to use a separate component for sound processing, such as a speaker grill, on the fabric layer by configuring the headline to allow sound generated by a speaker installed on the base material to pass through through-holes formed in the base material and directly pass through the fabric layer, thereby enhancing the aesthetic appearance and beauty of the vehicle interior and making it easy and convenient to use a speaker. In particular, the present invention provides a headliner for vehicles with a speaker, allowing sound generated by the speaker to easily pass through a fabric layer and spread to a vehicle interior by using a breathable fabric for a fabric layer through which the sound passes, thereby further enhancing the sound effect.

  • Publication number: 20240092244
Abstract: The present invention may provide an assist handle for vehicles manufactured to minimally expose a coat hook to the outside and also feel a sense of unity with the assist handle when the coat hook is not used by configuring the assist handle so that the coat hook is stored in a storage space of the assist handle by elastic support and the coat hook closes an entrance of the storage space, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance and beauty of the assist handle and its surroundings. In particular, the coat hook may be conveniently used at a desired position without spoiling the aesthetic appearance and beauty of a vehicle interior by mounting the coat hook on a part where the assist handle is rotatably supported on a headliner to feel a sense of unity.

  • Publication number: 20240066962
Abstract: A trunk door is divided into two sub-doors to be folded in two steps. Even when it is difficult to open the trunk door due to a small distance between a vehicle and a wall, the trunk door can be easily and conveniently opened or closed. The sub-doors are formed to rotate in the same direction or rotate in the different directions. A length of a rotation radius along which the trunk door rotates is reduced. Thus, the trunk door can be conveniently opened or closed even in a small space. When there is a risk of coming into contact with the wall, since the outer sub-door is rotated in a backward direction to reduce a total rotation radius of the trunk door, the sub-door does not come into contact with the wall. Thus, the trunk door can be easily and conveniently opened or closed.

  • Publication number: 20240067071
Abstract: A vehicle assist handle is formed so that a guide block is mounted on a surface of a headliner on which the assist handle is mounted and which is fixedly fitted into or separated from the guide block in a sliding manner to be used for other purposes by separating the assist handle from the surface of the headliner. The vehicle assist handle may be pushed in a direction parallel to the surface of the headliner to be assembled or separated when slidably guided to the guide block. The guide block can support a weight of an occupant applied to the assist handle. The vehicle assist handle can be used safely and conveniently. In addition, as a sunglass case, a storage case, or a rack may be fixedly coupled to the guide block in the sliding manner.

  • Publication number: 20230386274
Abstract: A wiper blade having a plurality of check holes consecutively formed to pass through portions of a blade in contact with a windshield surface, allows a driver to clearly see a non-wiping portion on the windshield surface as the portions in contact with the windshield surface are worn out and the check holes are open and easily recognize a replacement timing. Mounting a conductive rubber band or a tensile force sensor on the portions of the blade, allows to easily detect a degree of the wear of a blade and, particularly, by changing conductivity or a tensile force as the check holes are open, allows to more easily check the replacement timing. Visually or audibly notifying the driver of the replacement timing according to a detected signal related to the replacement timing, allows the driver to perform safe driving in quick response to the detected signal.

  • Publication number: 20230382286
Abstract: By separating a middle portion of a handle body to be divided into an adjustment part and support parts formed at both sides of the adjustment part and allowing the adjustment part to be connected to the support parts with extension members, it allows the extension members to get out of the support parts when only the adjustment part is gripped and pulled down to allow the adjustment part to move down so that an occupant with a small sitting height can also conveniently use the assist handle. In particular, by allowing the extension members to be integrally formed with the adjustment part at both ends of the adjustment part, when the adjustment part is formed, it is possible to easily manufacture the assist handle without undergoing a separate manufacturing process so that an occupant can conveniently use the assist handle by conveniently adjusting a height of the assist handle.

  • Publication number: 20210094482
Abstract: Since a rear edge of a headliner is set as a daylight opening (DLO) uppermost endpoint, a rear header point (RHP) is pushed backward from an existing position. Accordingly, since a space in which a jaw is rotatable when an occupant of a backseat collides with the headliner is secured, a Head Injury Criterion value is decreased such that a level of a head injury may be reduced. Particularly, when a distance between the DLO uppermost endpoint and the RHP is greater than or equal to 112 mm, the RHP is set a point 112 mm from the DLO uppermost endpoint, setting an angle between an XY-plane passing the DLO uppermost endpoint and the RHP to be present within a range of 0.5 to 10°, or setting a height difference in a Z-axis direction from the XY-plane as being in a range of 1 to 10 mm.

  • Publication number: 20180022075
Abstract: A vehicle headliner material includes a stiffening layer to prevent moisture penetration by reinforcing each side of a natural fiber layer. In this way, the natural fibers can be prevented from holding moisture, and thus safety accidents that may be caused by increased weight of a headliner material or a headliner being permanently deformed due to the headliner material that repeats holding and releasing moisture can be prevented. The vehicle headliner material is provided with improved formability, improved flexural strength, enhanced structural stiffness, and direct adhesion without an additional adhesive by including a synthetic resin in the natural fiber layer along with natural fibers and using a glass mat and thermoplastic resin sheets as constituent materials of each stiffening layer.
