The fastener member is pivotally movable from an open position to a fastening position to contact with a second, opposing side surface of the sheet-form material to hold said sheet-form material in said fixed position. A method of using the fastener device comprises attaching a part of the fastener device to the article and inserting a part of the fastener device into an aperture of the sheet-form material from a first side surface of the sheet-form material.
