  • Publication number: 20080292394
Abstract: A tube rack connector includes a lid and a carrier incorporated to each other, multiple slots and secondary slots being disposed on one side each of the lid and the carrier to receive an elastic member; and multiple fasteners each inserting through a locating hole and a connecting hole respectively from the lid and the carrier to allow a stud from a tube to fast and directly insert into the limiting hole to secure the tube in the groove without slip and deflection and convenient replacement of a tube by loosening up without removing the fasteners since both of the lid and carrier are held open due to elasticity exerted from the elastic member.

  • Publication number: 20080175660
Abstract: A connector for a pipe frame includes a first cover and a second cover. The first and second covers have first and second longitudinal grooves and first and second transverse grooves. Further, on both sides of the first and second longitudinal grooves, one end of the first and second transverse grooves, between the first longitudinal and transverse grooves and between the second longitudinal and transverse grooves, are respectively provided with fixing holes and connecting holes. Further, fixing elements are provided in the fixing holes and the connecting holes corresponding to the first cover and the second cover, respectively. With the above structure, the desired pipe bodies can be disposed in the first and second longitudinal grooves and the first and second transverse grooves. Further, with the fixing elements being locked in the fixing holes and the connecting holes, it is easy to achieve the assembling and disassembling operations.

  • Publication number: 20080022460
Abstract: A high strength inflatable mattress comprises: an upper surface, a lower surface, at least one side surface, a plurality of tightening sheets and at least one gas valve. The upper surface, the lower surface and the side surface have two PVC compound layers and a fiber layer, wherein the fiber layer is disposed between the two PVC compound layers. The side surface comprises PVC compounds, and the side surface is connected to the upper surface and the lower surface by a thermal melting method (such as thermal pressing, ultrasonic welding, or utilizing hot air, RF welding, hot wedge) to form a gas containment space surrounded by the upper surface, the lower surface and the side surface. Each tightening sheet is connected to the upper surface and the lower surface by the thermal melting method too.
