  • Publication number: 20200245612
Abstract: The positioning of the mandible clamp within the person's jaw or mouth is accomplished by either of two embodiments. One embodiment uses a pair of flanged surface that allow a person to push a barb through the person's gum structure on the upper jaw and lower jaw. This first embodiment contemplates use for a period who has natural teeth at the time of death. The second embodiment resembles a clamp that is placed over the person's gum to secure the jaw bones together. This second embodiment is used with person's who did not have natural teeth at the time of death. After the respective openings are placed over the gum areas of the person's upper and lower gums a tension member slides over the outside surface of the clamp to produce gripping of the gum by the device. A plurality of gripping knobs is provided to produce additional grip on the person's gums.

  • Publication number: 20200218690
Abstract: A system and method for capturing a location based experience at an event including a plurality of mobile devices having a camera employed near a point of interest to capture random, crowdsourced images and associated metadata near said point of interest. In a preferred form, the images include depth camera information from prepositioned devices around the point of interest during the event. A network communicates images, depth information, and metadata to build a 3D model of the region, preferably with the location of contributors known. Users connect to this experience platform to view the 3D model from a user selected location and orientation and to participate in experiences with, for example, a social network.

  • Publication number: 20200061435
Abstract: A system and method for creating content such as artificial reality (AR) messages at an event, particularly among members on a social network, thereby enhancing and expanding the event experience. Typically, a participant shares an event with spectators, such as friends or a subset of friends in the participant's social network. The AR message may include geo-referenced artificial reality words, products or symbols and appear in a perspective view of the event to the participant or spectators. In addition to creating an active gallery for an event, messages, audio and video can be exchanged among participants and spectators, and virtual goods, money, bets, applause, other feedback, and donations exchanged.

  • Patent number: 9977782
Abstract: A system, method, and device for creating an environment and sharing an experience using a plurality of mobile devices having a conventional camera and a depth camera employed near a point of interest. In one form, random crowdsourced images, depth information, and associated metadata are captured near said point of interest. Preferably, the images include depth camera information. A wireless network communicates with the mobile devices to accept the images, depth information, and metadata to build and store a 3D model of the point of interest. Users connect to this experience platform to view the 3D model from a user selected location and orientation and to participate in experiences with, for example, a social network.

  • Publication number: 20180064612
Abstract: This device will be a nipple that will soothe a child while providing soft noise for the child as well as providing perhaps educational material at the request of the parent. The sound itself can be emitted through a speaker and can be done wirelessly through a variety of wireless means. Alternatively, a chip may also be used to store various sounds that can be changed at the request of the user either remotely or locally. Because the parent will want to know when the child falls asleep, the noise from the device will automatically shut off once the child has stopped sucking on the pacifier.

  • Publication number: 20170365102
Abstract: A system and method for creating a 3D virtual model of an event, such as a wedding or sporting event, and for sharing the event with one or more virtual attendees. Virtual attendees connect to the experience platform to view the 3d virtual model of the event on virtual reality glasses, i.e. a head mounted display, from a virtual gallery, preferably from a user selected location and orientation or a common location and orientation for all virtual attendees. In one form the virtual attendees can see and interact with other virtual attendees in the virtual gallery.

  • Patent number: 9566494
Abstract: A system and method are provided for creating and viewing artificial reality (AR) messages at an event, such as a sporting event, and sharing the event on a social network thereby enhancing and expanding the participant and spectator experience. The AR messages include geo-referenced artificial reality words or symbols to indicate distances, tips, targets or other information to the participant. The event is shared with spectators, such as friends or a subset of friends in the participant's social network. • Patent number: 9538014
Abstract: The inventive method for remotely maintaining and controlling a security system comprises using a device to communicate using voice capable technology with an IVR in a host facility, selecting an action from a plurality of actions provided by the IVR, performing the action on the security system, and receiving a notification of performance of the action, wherein the host facility contacts the security system to perform the action. In one embodiment, the actions can control and/or monitor the security system. The method can further comprise creating an account with an identification code on the host facility and validating the code on the IVR. The method can also include translating the selected action into a command, sending a message to a GSM device in the security system, and, in response to the message, establishing a GPRS session between the security system and the host facility, wherein the session performs the command.
