    Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to a tool for developing insights relevant to database changes and, more particularly, to a payroll transparency system and method of use. The method includes: comparing, by a computer system, a field of a first paycheck to a corresponding field of a second paycheck; determining, by the computer system, that a value of the field of the first paycheck and a value of the corresponding field of the second paycheck are different; determining, by the computer system, a reason for the value of the field on the first paycheck being different than the value of the corresponding field on the second paycheck; and generating, by the computer system, a notification on a graphical user interface explaining the reason for the value of the field on the first paycheck being different than the value of the corresponding field on the second paycheck.
