  • Patent number: 11966698
Abstract: A system and method for automatically tagging customer messages using artificial intelligence models. A server gateway processes the customer messages via an artificial intelligence system featuring artificial intelligence models. The artificial intelligence system analyzes the customer messages to determine the content by tagging words and phrases with industry specific tags (e.g. product feedback, product defects, shipping delays, etc) as well as tags based on sentiment type (e.g., negative, positive, neutral, sarcasm, mixed) and contact type (e.g., delivery person, influencer, postsale, presale). The artificial intelligence system returns the tagged results, which are transmitted by the server gateway to a user computational device or another system for visualization.

  • Publication number: 20240103605
Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for a continuous hand pose tracking system employing at least one wrist-worn antenna, from which real-time dielectric loading resulting from different hand poses). The sensor data is interpreted by a machine learning backend, which outputs a fully-posed three-dimensional (3D) hand that can be continuously tracked. In some embodiments, two degrees of freedom (2DOF) wrist angle and micro-gestures are tracked. The hand pose tracking system can be extended to include two or more and/or different types of antennas operating at different self-resonances. In an embodiment, a method comprises: determining, with at least one processor of a wrist-worn device, a complex impedance characteristic variation based on a dynamic finite electric ground plane of at least one antenna coupled to the device; and predicting, with the at least one processor, a hand pose of a user wearing the device on a their wrist based on the determined complex impedance characteristic variation.

  • Publication number: 20240070658
Abstract: In some implementations, a classification system may receive credentials associated with a data source and may receive, from the data source and using the credentials, a set of structured data including input events and output events. The classification system may filter the set of structured data by applying a first set of rules to generate a filtered set of structured data and may convert the filtered set of structured data to one or more numerical vectors, where a vector space associated with the one or more numerical vectors is infinite-dimensional. The classification system may further cluster the one or more numerical vectors using a first machine learning model to generate one or more clusters. Accordingly, the classification system may determine one or more classifications based on the set of structured data, each of the one or more classifications being associated with a corresponding frequency and a corresponding category.
