Abstract: The invention relates to mutations in B-Raf gene products. The mutations described are identified in human tumours of natural origin. These mutations are associated with cancerous phenotypes and can be used as a basis for the diagnosis of cancer, cancerous cells or a predisposition to cancer in human subjects, and the development of anti-cancer therapeutics.

The functions are stored in memory. This enables data processing operations that involve a plurality of different functions to be edited and performed easily and quickly. For example, after image processing function A has been called, image processing function A executes its predetermined process, and subsequently calls image processing function C. Image processing function C executes its predetermined process, and subsequently returns to the former process.

Abstract: A sanitary fitting such as a wall-mounted installation for a shower area, has a common housing and a rosette or cover plate. The housing and rosette associate control and flow components, including a shower discharge element at the rosette. The shower discharge element, for example, is constructed as a lateral shower that delivers water through the rosette. The fitting has operating or control elements, and in addition to the shower discharge element at the rosette, leads to another discharge outside the housing and outside the rosette, i.e., apart from the fitting.
