A restrictor member positioned in the flow path is moveable between a closed position, where a flow of air along the flow path is restricted, and an open position, where the flow of air along the flow path is less restricted. A vane in fluid communication with the flow path is operatively connected to the restrictor member and is configured to reciprocate between a first position and a second position in response to the flow of air along the flow path.

The user performance data is subsequently accessible by one or more assessors via the surgical simulation network system that allows the assessors to assess the user's competency. Thus, the users and the assessors can be located at different locations. Furthermore, the performance of the simulation and the assessments can be performed at different times.

Outer and inner tepal sets are slightly reflexed with the inner tepal set having consistent, considerable, wine purple crisped margins. The new plant flowers on stems up to 70 cm tall with four-way branching beginning about mid-July and repeating into October.
