Abstract: A rotating labyrinth seal especially useful for effecting sealing between two plenums in aircraft gas turbine engines comprising a base and a plurality of radially-directed seal teeth rings extending circumferentially around the outer peripheral surface of the base. The fins in the rotating seal each having a discontinuity that reduces hoop stress on the outer radial surface. The discontinuities in each fin are offset from the discontinuities in the adjacent fins.

Specifically, the vehicular hanging storage container is adapted for use with the scaffold commonly used by pickup trucks to store and carry large items, such as ladders, above the bed of the pickup truck. The vehicular hanging storage container is attached to the pickup truck through the combination of hanging the vehicular hanging storage container from the scaffolding using hooks and clamping the cabinet to top rail of the pickup truck bed using an attachment bracket.
