    Abstract: The invention is a sandal that includes a base and at least one strap connected to the base. The strap includes at least one chamber that is at least translucent and that is preferably transparent. A fluid is located in the chamber, and a plurality of charms is suspended in the fluid located in the chamber. The sandal may be constructed as a thong-type sandal and many different types of charms may be placed in the chamber. The fluid may optionally be colored and may optionally have glitter or simulated snow suspended therein. A removably attachable charm may optionally be attached to the strap.
