Abstract: A bandage has a central portion for application directly to a body wound and a plurality of adhesive tabs connected to and spaced around the central portion for adhesion to the body around and in spaced-apart relation to the wound. Each tab is capable of independent flexion. The bandage can be applied substantially without wrinkling to a wound administered to a convex, concave, or flexing body part, as well as to a wound administered to a body part that is flat and/or immobile. The bandage can be made to adhere reliably, despite any flexing or curvature of the body part.
