    Abstract: The invention concerns a false-twist texturizing machine of the type in which the heater, the cooling zone and the false-twist spindle are in substantially straight alignment and arranged at least in part above the service zone. The machine of the invention is characterized by the fact that the heating device, arranged upstream of the spindle at the upper part of the machine, is an open heater and that the machine includes means for lacing up and guiding the yarn between the first yarn feeder and the entry point of the heating device.
