  • Publication number: 20240141044
Abstract: The present invention generally relates to novel bispecific antigen binding molecules for T cell activation and re-direction to specific target cells. In addition, the present invention relates to polynucleotides encoding such bispecific antigen binding molecules, and vectors and host cells comprising such polynucleotides. The invention further relates to methods for producing the bispecific antigen binding molecules of the invention, and to methods of using these bispecific antigen binding molecules in the treatment of disease.

  • Publication number: 20240139304
Abstract: The present invention discloses a conjugate comprising an antigen (for example a saccharide antigen) covalently linked to a Pseudomonas aeruginosa PcrV carrier protein comprising an amino acid sequence which is at least 80% identical to the sequence of SEQ ID NO:1-4, wherein the antigen is linked (either directly or through a linker) to an amino acid residue of the P. aeruginosa PcrV carrier protein. The invention also discloses Pseudomonas aeruginosa PcrV proteins that contain glycosylation site consensus sequences.

  • Patent number: 5348695
Abstract: A process for the preparation of salt granulates particularly useful as carrier media for liquid washing agent raw materials in detergent compositions of high bulk density. The process includes granulation under pressure of salt powder having a content of water of crystallization of at least 10% and an average particle size of 1 to 500 .mu.m, and subsequent extraction of the water of crystallization in a fluidized bed at a temperature of the bed which is below the melting point of the granulate. In the granulation process use is preferably made of a mixture of water of crystallization-holding salts and anhydrous salts.
