  • Publication number: 20210033847
Abstract: A micromechanical mirror device, a mirror system, and a method for producing a micromechanical mirror device are disclosed. The mirror device comprises a first mirror element, which is flat, and a second mirror element, which is flat. The first and second mirror elements are arranged substantially plane-parallel. An intermediate space between the first and second mirror elements has a lower index of refraction than one or both of the first mirror element and second mirror element. The first and second mirror elements are locally spaced apart from each other by at least one support structure. The support structure overlaps with the first and second mirror elements in an axial direction, which is perpendicular to the first and second mirror elements. The support structure includes a material that is different from a material from which one or both of the first and second mirror elements are formed.

  • Patent number: 10753985
Abstract: To determine in a simple and unequivocal manner whether measurement contacts at which a voltage is to be measured have been properly contacted in a measurement system, in the measurement system, after a discharge switch connecting a charging circuit to a voltage measurement device is closed, the charging circuit is discharged via an internal resistance of the voltage measurement device. When the discharge switch is closed, after a measurement switch connecting the voltage measurement device to the measurement contacts is closed, it is established whether the electrical system is contacted with the measurement system by analyzing the voltage curve at the voltage measurement device after closure of the measurement switch. Advantageously, after the discharge switch is closed, the charging circuit is discharged via a discharge resistor connected in series or in parallel with the voltage measurement device and via the internal resistance.

  • Publication number: 20200255175
Abstract: A novel lower tool enables a packaging machine having a molding station with a trough to be used to produce skin packaging having a flat base plate. The lower tool includes a body base and a flat upper surface and is arranged in the molding station of the packaging machine such that the flat upper surface of the lower tool covers the trough. The lower tool fits detachably into a lower tool holder of the packaging machine. During the packaging production, the flat upper surface supports the flat base plate of the packaging. Suction applied via a passage through the flat upper surface is used to hold the flat base plate onto the flat upper surface. The lower tool is a means for converting the packaging machine from producing a first type of packaging having a trough-shaped carrier into producing a second type of packaging that has a flat carrier.

  • Publication number: 20200256923
Abstract: A method for determining an impedance of an electrically conducting device, such as a battery or a welded metal joint, includes applying a time-varying electric current to the electrically conducting device. The current varies at least between a first level and a second level. The current changes between the first level and second level within a time interval that is so short that a voltage response of the electrically conducting device exhibits a first local voltage extremum followed by a decay. An ohmic resistance voltage is adopted by the voltage response, when the first local voltage extremum has decayed. The method further includes acquiring the voltage response at least partially and determining an impedance of the electrically conducting device from the acquired voltage response.
