  • Patent number: 10195659
Abstract: A turbine blade has a blade geometry defined in a coordinate system and at least one cavity which is open to the outside and which has a blade internal surface. At least one planar detection surface, which is accessible for the measuring head of a coordinate measuring device, is formed in the blade internal surface, wherein the at least one planar detection surface is assigned a defined design position and/or a defined design orientation with respect to the coordinate system in which the blade geometry is defined.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 26, 2015
Date of Patent: February 5, 2019
    Assignee: Siemens Aktiengesellschaft
    Inventors: Markus Gill, Christian Menke
  • Publication number: 20170314399
Abstract: By continuously long engravings, the spallation behavior of the thermal barrier coating is reduced and the lifetime of the TBC is prolonged.

  • Publication number: 20160319675
Abstract: A rotor blade for a gas turbine has a pressure-side wall and a suction-side wall, a tip cap, a cavity which is formed by the inner surface of the pressure-side wall, the suction-side wall and the tip cap, and a squealer which extends radially from the pressure-side and suction-side walls, a half-space formed by the outer surface of the tip cap and the squealer, and a cooling channel which leads from the cavity to the outside of the squealer. The tip cap has a recess which extends from the half-space into the tip cap such that the recess divides the cooling channel into a first part that communicates with the cavity and a second part that communicates with the outside space.

  • Publication number: 20160265364
Abstract: A turbine blade for a gas turbine has a securing region and a platform region that adjoins the securing region and has a platform on which a blade airfoil with a profiled cross-section and with a pressure-side wall and a suction-side wall is arranged, wherein each outer face of the pressure-side wall and/or the suction-side wall transitions into the platform surface via an outer rounded section. The turbine blade also has at least one cavity which is arranged in the blade airfoil and extends into the platform region and in which at least one rib is provided that connects the pressure-side wall to the suction-side wall, the rib extending along a longitudinal direction of the blade airfoil so as to divide the cavity. At least one slot is introduced into the rib in the platform region, the rib passing through the rib and being arranged in the longitudinal direction.

  • Publication number: 20160031049
Abstract: By previous inclusion of a through-hole in a substrate before coating and subsequent removal, the processing times for producing a through-hole with a diffuser are shortened and thereby the intermediate layers are less stressed.

  • Patent number: 9097127
Abstract: A layer system with ceramic layers includes a substrate, a MCrAl(X) layer, which has an oxide layer on the substrate, a lowermost ceramic layer, an outer pyrochlore layer, and a central ceramic layer. The central ceramic layer has a higher porosity at least partially than the outer pyrochlore layer.

  • Publication number: 20140255652
Abstract: A surface having specially formed recesses and component is provided. The component has a layer with a surface, having elongate recesses, which have a longitudinal direction, wherein the recesses are arranged at an angle which differs considerably from 0°, in particular 90°+/?20°, with respect to a direction of overflow over the surface, and are at least partially widened transversely to the longitudinal direction thereof in the region of the surface with respect to the base of the recess, in which the recess is widened proceeding from the base only above a certain height within the recess, and in particular the recess has a constant width before it, in which the recess does not extend through the entire thickness of the layer.
