Abstract: Cyclosporin A formulations are provided as amorphous nanoparticle dispersions for physiologic absorption.. The compositions have high bioavailability and patient acceptability. By providing for concentrates comprising lower alkanols and a polyoxyalkylene surfactant as a stable dispersion of cyclosporin A, upon introducing the stable dispersion into an aqueous medium, the subject formulation is produced comprising amorphous bioavailable cyclosporin nanoparticles.

Abstract: A sport boot that can be converted to adapt to a variety of sports, especially gliding sports. The sole of the boot is constituted of an irremovable base affixed to the shell, and on which front and rear vertical retention zones are obtained, on the one hand, and of front and rear sole portions that are distinct, interchangeable and complementary to the sole base to which they adapt to constitute the tip and the heel, respectively, and being selected by the user among at least two sets of front and rear sole portions whose profiles and dimensional characteristics are capable of allowing, relative to the front and rear zones for the axial retention of the fixed base and complementarily with the latter, to recontitute and adapt a sole from the same boot, conforming to one binding standard or another.

Abstract: A sports boot including an upper and a shell base having a rear portion that encircles the ankle and a frontal portion closed by transverse flaps that surround the front foot area. The flaps are equipped with instep tongues that extend in the longitudinal direction of the boot. These tongues are each connected by a sliding connecting element to the contiguous flank of the rear portion of shell base. The connecting element guarantees the constant maintenance of the tongue with respect to the contiguous flank while still allowing substantial freedom of clearance from the instep zone.
