  • Patent number: 4015792
Abstract: A device for alternately winding a flexible sheet between two rolls so that as the sheet winds on one roll it unwinds from the other comprises a single reversible driving motor connected by belts to drive shafts which drive the respective rolls via unidirectional couplings. The respective speeds of the drive shafts are related to the maximum and minimum roll diameters to ensure that the sheet remains taut between the rolls.
