  • Patent number: 11834025
Abstract: A device for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle. The device includes a processing unit, which is programmed to determine at least one brake characteristic value of the hydraulic braking system, the processing unit being programmed to determine the at least one brake characteristic value as a vehicle axle-specific brake characteristic value, which in each case corresponds to a ratio between a brake pressure in all wheel brake cylinders assigned to a shared vehicle axle of the vehicle and a vehicle axle braking torque exerted on the shared vehicle axle with the aid of the wheel brake cylinders. A method for determining at least one brake characteristic value of a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle, and a method for decelerating a vehicle with a hydraulic braking system and an electric motor usable as a generator, are also described.

  • Patent number: 11772617
Abstract: A method for operating a motor vehicle including an actuating element which is, in particular steplessly, displaceable between a first end position and a second end position. An instantaneous position of the actuating element is monitored. A deceleration torque being predefined for the motor vehicle when the instantaneous position is in a deceleration range situated between the first end position and a predefinable change position, and an acceleration torque being predefined for the motor vehicle when the instantaneous position is in an acceleration range situated between the second end position and the change position. A monitoring is carried out for the occurrence of at least one disturbance variable which influences an actual deceleration of the motor vehicle effectuated by the deceleration torque, the deceleration torque being changed as a function of a detected disturbance variable.

  • Publication number: 20220097666
Abstract: Wheel brakes of one vehicle axle of a dual-circuit hydraulic-power vehicle brake system for an electric or hybrid vehicle are connected to one brake circuit. Brake pressure is applied by a power brake-pressure generator to the two brake circuits with a time offset. It is thereby possible to compensate for a deceleration effect of an electric motor of the vehicle, which is operated as a generator during a braking.

  • Publication number: 20210291664
Abstract: A method for controlling an electronically slip-controllable power braking system, an electronically slip-controllable power braking system, and an electronic control unit of an electronically slip-controllable power braking system. The power braking system has a friction braking device, a generator braking device, and an electronic control unit for controlling the braking devices adapted to need. The friction braking device includes an electronically activatable brake pressure generator including a displacer which is actuatable by an activatable drive unit and conveys pressure medium to a wheel brake of the power braking system. After a change of the power braking system from generating a generator braking torque to generating a friction braking torque, the activation of the drive unit of the displacer is carried out by the electronic control unit in such a way that a velocity of the actuated displacer changes strictly monotonously.
