  • Publication number: 20200001955
Abstract: A diving mask includes: a facial body made of an elastomeric material and having at least one opening adapted for positioning at least one transparent element, the outlet edge of the opening being shaped to provide a sealing gasket for the peripheral edge of the transparent element; a back mount made of a material of reduced flexibility, having a shaped that is substantially complementary to the opening and adapted to cooperate with the sealing gasket; and a front frame made of a relatively stiffer material, adapted to tighten the sealing gasket against the back mount, the front frame and the back mount being provided with releasable mutually-engaging members, the back mount being further provided with at least one fin protruding outwards radially.

  • Publication number: 20180265176
Abstract: A pressure reducing second stage for underwater use includes a case provided with a breathing gas inlet, with an inhalation/exhalation port and with an exhaled gas exhaust outlet with a non-return valve, the gas inhalation/exhalation port being connected to a mouthpiece tube, the breathing gas inlet in the case being connected to a breathing gas pressure reducing device provided with a hollow cylindrical element or pipe, which has a breathing gas inlet port communicating with a gas supply conduit through a valve which is interposed between the supply conduit and the mouthpiece tube, the case being provided with a pressure sensitive means device for controlling the opening/closure of the valve. The breathing gas inlet in the case is provided in its lower portion and the hollow cylindrical element is connected to the inlet on the case such that its axis is substantially vertical, when used in the upright position.

  • Publication number: 20080029089
Abstract: Device for rapidly attaching and suspending in an articulated manner breather pipes on the strap of diving goggles. Said device comprises a part able to be attached in the manner of a sleeve to the strap of the diving goggles and provided with a box-shaped lug having an end wall with a hole in the centre and an elastic split ring part with two slightly splayed ends which has, in the separation zone, two pins with a semi-circular cross-section and enlarged heads projecting radially outwards from said ring, so that when the elastic split ring is compressed they are united, forming a head which is able to pass through the hole of said lug, said pins being again spaced elastically after passing through, so as to prevent the head from coming out of the hole of the end wall of said box-shaped part.
