  • Patent number: 7825524
Abstract: A semiconductor system or sensor system in a housing which is butt-joined to a printed circuit board by soldering, at least some of the connecting surfaces not being soldered over their entire area, the connecting surfaces which are not soldered over their entire area being fixedly soldered in a first surface region to a section of a printed conductor, and in a second surface region the connecting surfaces not being fixedly connected to the printed circuit board, the securely soldered surface regions being situated closer to the semiconductor or sensor structure to be contacted than are the surface regions which are not fixedly connected to the printed circuit board.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 30, 2007
Date of Patent: November 2, 2010
    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
Inventors: Anton Doering, Stefan Mueller, Frieder Haag, Christoph Gahn

  • Patent number: 7143647
Abstract: An analyzer unit for the measuring signal of a micromechanical sensor having an input/output characteristic which is represented as a characteristic curve includes means for analog-digital conversion of the measuring signal and transmission means for transmission of the converted measuring signal or a signal that depends on the converted measuring signal. The transmission means is designed so that the characteristic curve has at least two ranges having different slopes. Different resolutions of the measuring signal are implemented through the different slopes of the characteristic curve. A suitably resolved signal is thus made available for applications having different sensitivity requirements.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 10, 2004
Date of Patent: December 5, 2006
    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
Inventors: Markus Sonnemann, Christoph Gahn, Uwe Rauscher
  • Patent number: 7134338
Abstract: A sensor having a seismic mass and having an arrangement for detecting the deflection of the mass and converting it into an electrical signal; in at least one operating mode of the sensor, a mechanical stop asymmetrically limiting the deflection of the seismic mass with respect to a vibrational center position. An arrangement for symmetrical limiting of the signal provided on the sensor.

    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
    Inventors: Christoph Gahn, Dirk Droste
  • Patent number: 7056356
Abstract: An apparatus and a process for crystallizing substances from solutions or dispersions containing these substances, in a crystallizer containing a classifying zone (3), comprise a) an inner and an outer circulation system (1; 2), the inner circulation system (1) being present in the crystallizer, the inlet of the outer circulation system (2) being connected to the inner circulation system (1) via the classifying zone (3), the outer circulation system, being present outside the crystallizer, the outlet of the outer circulation system (2) being connected to the inner circulation system (1) of the crystallizer, and a means for dissolving crystals being arranged in the outer circulation system (2), before its outlet, b) an inflow (4) for solution and/or dispersion, which inflow is present on the crystallizer or on the outer circulation system, and c) an outflow (5) for dispersions, which outflow is arranged on the crystallizer or on the outer circulation system.

  • Patent number: 6444181
Abstract: In a process and an apparatus for avoiding encrustations in reactors or crystallizers (13), such as industrial crystallizers for suspensions (11), points of incidence (4) for the excitation of ultrasonic oscillations by sonotrodes (3) which are connected to electromechanical converters (2) are provided on the walls (6, 21) and on the base (7) of the crystallizer (13). The ultrasonic frequency is generated at high-frequency generators (1).
