  • Patent number: 7513441
Abstract: Disclosed is a valve comprising a valve member (72) that is guided so as to be movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis (73) thereof, extends into a valve pressure chamber (77), and is provided with a sealing surface (81) on a face which runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (73) thereof inside the valve pressure chamber (77). Said sealing surface (81) of the valve member (72) cooperates with a valve seat (79) that runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (73) thereof so as to at least largely close an opening (78) which is surrounded by the valve seat (79) relative to the valve pressure chamber (77). A connection (64) to a low-pressure area lies immediately next to said opening (78).

  • Publication number: 20070063159
Abstract: The valve has a valve member (72) that is guided so that it is able to slide in the direction of its longitudinal axis (73), protrudes into a valve pressure chamber (77) and, in the valve pressure chamber (77), has a sealing surface (81) at an end extending transversely in relation to its longitudinal axis (73), with which sealing surface (81) the valve member (72) cooperates with a valve seat (79) extending transversely in relation to its longitudinal axis (73) in order, at least to a large extent, to close an opening (78) encompassed by the valve seat (79) in relation to the valve pressure chamber (77). The opening (78) is adjoined by a connection (64) leading to a low-pressure region.

  • Publication number: 20060142407
Abstract: Predominantly open-cell, cold-formable, compressed rigid polyurethane foams are produced from an isocyanate component satisfying specified criteria and an isocyanate-reactive component composed of at least 5 polyhydroxyl compounds satisfying specified criteria. These foams are produced by a double conveyor belt process. The foams of the present invention are particularly useful for the manufacture of soft trim for cars, especially inside roof linings, roof stiffening boards and column trim.

  • Patent number: 6820594
Abstract: The valve having a valve member guided displaceably in the direction of its longitudinal axis protrudes into a valve pressure chamber and has a sealing face extending transversely to axis, has a sealing face, which it cooperates with a valve seat, extending transversely to axis, for at least extensively closing off an opening, surrounded by the valve seat, from the valve pressure chamber. The sealing face is surrounded by an annular face, which when the valve member rests on the valve seat is disposed at a slight spacing from the valve seat. The valve member has a plurality of apertures, distributed over its circumference, through which the opening communicates with the valve pressure chamber when the valve member is resting on the valve seat.

  • Publication number: 20030092786
Abstract: An NCO-terminated prepolymer is produced by reacting a solid halogenated diol and a polyisocyanate. This prepolymer is useful in the production of flame-retardant polyurethanes.
