  • Publication number: 20220332547
Abstract: A support for a trolley, having a running surface that is formed on the support for the trolley, an upper chord, a lower chord and braces that connect said chords together, wherein the braces are designed to be flat, and each brace has a main surface that faces away from the support longitudinally between the upper chord and the lower chord. Two of the braces form a brace pair in each case and are arranged next to one another as viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the support, preferably on the outside of opposite longitudinal sides of the support. To provide such a support, the flat braces are releasably secured to the upper chord and/or to the lower chord. The invention also relates to an overhead transport device having such a support and a trolley that can be moved along the support on the running surface.

  • Publication number: 20150266703
Abstract: The invention relates to a crane, in particular an overhead crane or gantry crane, having at least two crane girders that extend horizontally in a longitudinal direction. The crane is designed as trussed girders and each girder includes an upper run with a moveable crane trolley and lifting gear. Each crane girders is composed of two upper run profiles that are connected together via a running rail for the crane trolley. By way of such a design, particularly simple assembly of the crane girders or of the crane can be achieved. Therefore, commercially available, conventional structural steel can be used for the upper run, from which the upper run is produced in a simple manner in terms of manufacturing technology by simple connection to a corresponding running rail.

  • Publication number: 20150259179
Abstract: The invention relates to a crane, in particular an overhead crane or gantry crane, having at least one crane girder that extends horizontally in a longitudinal direction. The crane is designed as a trussed girder and comprises struts which connect an upper run and a lower run together. The upper run and lower run of the trussed girder are designed in a laminar manner, on which a crane trolley having a lifting gear can be moved. The at least one crane girder is advantageously improved by virtue of the fact that the struts are designed in a laminar manner, each strut has a main surface that extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the crane girder. The first or second strut end of each strut has at least one aperture on the main surface that lies against the lower run or the upper run.

  • Patent number: 8608215
Abstract: A load-receiving apparatus is provided in the form of a hook block of a lifting gear, and includes a hook having a shaft and a circumferential groove in which an annular retaining element engages. The annular retaining element is supported on a supporting surface of a suspension element of the load-receiving apparatus. The annular retaining element has the form of a sleeve, which expands starting from the shaft and continuing in the direction of the supporting surface. In order to create a secure load-receiving apparatus, the annular retaining element is designed in the form of a conical sleeve or a truncated cone, and has an exterior outer surface, an interior outer surface due to the sleeve's conical shape, an upper annular top surface, and a lower annular base surface.

  • Patent number: 5924837
Abstract: An extensible telescopic machine part such as a telescopic boom for an excavator has three extensible, telescopic elements. One of the telescopic elements carries a working unit at its free end remote from the other telescopic elements. The working unit is supplied with energy through flexible energy transmission lines. Actuators for causing telecopic relative movement of the telescopic elements are provided. The energy transmission lines extend inside the machine part and are arranged in a carrier track. The actuators are arranged off axis with respect to the telescopic elements to provide space for the carrier track. The carrier track extends from a forward end of the outer telescopic element to the rear end of the inner telescopic element, The carrier track is guided between the outer and median telescopic elements and forms a bight around the rear end of the inner telescopic element.
