  • Patent number: 8628635
Abstract: A process for producing a panel for acoustic treatment including a resistive porous layer, an alveolar structure, a reflective layer with openings, and a drainage plate having a furrow for delimiting at least one evacuation pipe when the drainage plate is flattened against the free surface of the reflective layer, includes: shaping the reflective layer according to its final geometry, affixing a demolding film on at least one portion of the free surface of the reflective layer, positioning on the demolding film a core whose cross-section is adapted to that of the evacuation pipe so that the core covers the openings of the reflective layer, molding the drainage plate on the demolding film and the core, demolding the drainage plate and removing the core and the demolding film, and making the drainage plate integral with the free surface of the reflective layer.

  • Publication number: 20120152443
Abstract: A process for producing a panel for acoustic treatment including an acoustically resistive porous layer, at least one alveolar structure, a reflective layer with openings, and a drainage plate having at least one furrow for delimiting at least one evacuation pipe when the drainage plate is flattened against the free surface of the reflective layer, includes: shaping, if necessary, the reflective layer according to its final geometry, affixing a demolding film on at least one portion of the free surface of the reflective layer, positioning on the demolding film at least one core whose cross-section is adapted to that of the evacuation pipe so that the at least one core covers the openings of the reflective layer, molding the drainage plate on the demolding film and the at least one core, demolding the drainage plate and removing the at least one core and the demolding film, and making the drainage plate integral with the free surface of the reflective layer.

  • Patent number: 7946385
Abstract: A process for the production of an acoustically resistive structure that can be inserted in an alveolar structure so as to obtain a coating for the acoustic treatment, whereby the acoustically resistive structure includes at least one porous layer (34) and at least one reinforcement structure (36) assembled by gluing, the process including: applying an amorphous-type adhesive on the at least one reinforcement structure (36), perforating or micro-perforating the reinforcement structure (36) after the application of the amorphous-type adhesive, and applying the at least one porous layer against the face of the reinforcement structure (36) that is coated with amorphous-type adhesive.

  • Patent number: 7727452
Abstract: A process for continuous consolidation of at least one fold (22, 24), whereby the process includes unwinding a unit that consists of the at least one fold (22, 24) that is placed between two strips (26, 28) continuously along at least one curved path, the at least one fold (22, 24) being placed between guiding elements and a strip (26) to the right of the curved path to heat the at least one fold (22, 24) at least at the curved path and to exert tension on the strip (26) so that the latter compresses the at least one fold (22, 24) at least at the curved path, characterized in that it includes using strips (26, 28) whose width is greater than that of the at least one fold (22, 24) so as to be in contact on both sides of the at least one fold (22, 24).

  • Publication number: 20070113974
Abstract: The object of the invention is a process for continuous consolidation of at least one fold (22, 24), whereby said process consists in unwinding a unit that consists of said at least one fold (22, 24) that is placed between two strips (26, 28) continuously along at least one curved path, said at least one fold (22, 24) being placed between guiding means and a strip (26) to the right of the curved path to heat said at least one fold (22, 24) at least at the curved path and to exert tension on said strip (26) so that the latter compresses said at least one fold (22, 24) at least at said curved path, characterized in that it consists in using strips (26, 28) whose width is greater than that of said at least one fold (22, 24) so as to be in contact on both sides of said at least one fold (22, 24).
