  • Patent number: 11989504
Abstract: Disclosed is a platform that manages worker users in a temporary staffing environment via an artificial machine learning model. The temporary staffing platform matches available workers to available shifts/gigs. Additional features include generating provisional or near-miss matches and informing workers how to turn those near-misses into full matches, plotting a gig-career path to develop additional skills, gamify development, and automatically generate resumes. The platform generates a set of skill tags associated with each shift/gig performed by the user. Designing of resume text files by the artificial machine learning model includes procedurally generated descriptions of experience the a user has based on the recording of each shift/gig performed by the user and the skill tags associated with each recorded shift/gig, wherein a format of the resume text file is formulated by the artificial machine learning model evaluating a mix of skill tags and employers amassed by the user.

  • Publication number: 20240157836
Abstract: Improvements in energy distribution for electric vehicle (EV) energy delivery technologies are provided. An EV charging station management system optimizes the use of various sources of power for charging EVs. The optimizing may be based on current and/or forecasted EV charging demand, and the amount of greenhouse gas emissions produced by various sources to generate the power used for EV charging. In another embodiment, the optimizing may be based on current and/or forecasted EV charging demand, and current or forecasted cost of acquiring power from a power grid, which varies over time. The system may be configured to maximize earnings from EV charging at one or more charging stations.

Abstract: An interface joint with one or both of a needle actuation mechanism or an integrated shaft rotation mechanism. The interface joint comprises a flexible shaft between a housing and an electrosurgical instrument, e.g. for conveying power and/or fluid therebetween. The needle actuation mechanism comprises an actuation rod extending out of the housing and an actuator movably mounted on the housing. The shaft rotation mechanism comprises a rotation actuator rotatably mounted on the housing and operably coupled to the flexible shaft. Providing an integrated shaft rotation mechanism may obviate the need for a separate torque transmission unit. • Patent number: 11981177
Abstract: A dynamic anti-roll bar link for a vehicle suspension is provided. The link selectively transfers movement of the suspension system to the anti-roll bar, depending on a locked or unlocked state of the link. The anti-roll bar link includes an elongate link rod; a sliding assembly configured to translate axially along the elongate link; and a latch assembly configured to extend between the second retention member and the sliding assembly. In a locked state, the pawl portion can receive the pawl engaging member, and the retention member interface portion abuts the second retention member to prevent axial translation of the sliding assembly along the elongate link rod. In an unlocked state, the sliding assembly is permitted to translate axially along the elongate link rod. The primary and secondary latch bodies are pinned together in an over-center configuration in the locked state to prevent inadvertent unlocking.

  • Publication number: 20240152314
Abstract: The various implementations described herein include methods and systems for synchronous audio playback. An electronic device can receive an identification of a first device as a common clock device that has a first internal clock being designated as a master clock. The electronic device receives a synchronized audio playback command that includes audio data to be output and a future playback time. In response to receiving the audio data, the device determines a synchronized audio playback time for audio to be output. An optimal time for output can be calculated and transmitted to the server system for future playback time calculations.

  • Publication number: 20240142013
Abstract: A valve assembly for controlling inflation and deflation is provided. The valve assembly includes a rapid-deflate valve cover having a central passage extending through the annular body; an internally threaded portion positioned within the central passage configured to threadingly interface with an externally threaded portion of a valve stem; and a pressure relief formed in the internally threaded portion. The rapid-deflate valve cover can include a valve core positioned within the central passage near the proximal end and configured to selectively permit gas flow from the proximal end into the central passage past the valve core. When the rapid-deflate valve cover is in a closed position, the annular body contacts the valve stem to prohibit gas flow through the central passage. When the rapid-deflate valve cover is in the open position, the body is positioned away from the valve stem to permit gas flow into the central passage.
