Abstract: An envelope having a sealing flap and a zone bearing remoistenable adhesive, flavoring incorporated at the zone bearing remoistenable adhesive, and either readable indicia or characteristic coloring disposed at the zone bearing remoistable adhesive. Where characteristic coloring is provided, that coloring will be different from coloring located elsewhere on the envelope. The flavoring may be thematically linked to either or both of the readable indicia and the characteristic coloring.
