  • Publication number: 20190026407
Abstract: A method to shorten the time from design to manufacture, includes providing a dynamic design interface for execution on a computing device, receiving a selection of an article of manufacture, and additional design input from the user specifying color, text, and graphics and placement on the article of manufacture, and dynamically generating a production-ready design file reflecting the selected article of manufacture and each of the additional design input from the user. The production-ready design file is dynamically converted to a 2-dimensional image file, which is dynamically applied to the 3-dimensional model representation for display via the dynamic design interface. The user may easily rotate the 3-dimensional model to see all sides of the design. The production-ready design file can be used as instructions to directly print the design on the article of manufacture.

  • Patent number: 10166138
Abstract: A stoma adapter is described that is especially suited to a recessed stoma or a flush stoma. The stoma adapter effectively extends the discharge passage from the stoma, protects peristomal skin, and forms a bridge at the interface between the stoma and an ostomy appliance. The stoma adapter contains a substantially unobstructed discharge passage, at least for effluent flowing in a discharge direction. The stoma adapter includes a seal for sealing against the bowel wall. The stoma adapter has collapsing, expanding, flexible and reinforced designs.

  • Publication number: 20180238710
Abstract: A method of determining whether parametric performance of an inertial sensor has been degraded comprises: recording first data output from an inertial sensor; then recording second data output from the inertial sensor; comparing the first data output with the second data output; and determining whether the parametric performance of the inertial sensor has been degraded based on the comparison between the first and second data output.

  • Patent number: 10032695
Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a substrate, an integrated circuit disposed on the substrate, a memory support disposed on the integrated circuit, stacked memory disposed on the memory support and in communication with the integrated circuit, and a lid connected to the substrate. The integrated circuit has a low power region and a high power region. The memory support is disposed on the low power region of the integrated circuit and is configured to allow a flow of fluid therethrough to conduct heat away from the low power region of the integrated circuit. The lid defines a first port, a second port, and a lid volume fluidly connecting the first port and the second port. The lid volume is configured to house the integrated circuit, the memory support, and the stacked memory, while directing the flow of fluid to flow over the integrated circuit, the memory support, and the stacked memory.

  • Publication number: 20180175618
Abstract: This specification describes a power distribution system comprising a first section that receives power from a first source. The power received from the first source is adjusted by a first rectifier unit coupled to a first power bus of the first section. The system also comprises a second section that is separate from the first section and that receives power from a second source. The power received from the second source is adjusted by a second rectifier unit coupled to a second power bus of the second distribution section. The system includes a swing rectifier connected to the first section and connected to the second section. The swing rectifier is configured to provide power to the first power bus and to the second power bus and to dynamically adjust the power capacity of the first section that is available to computing loads, and to dynamically adjust the power capacity of the second section that is available to computing loads.
