  • Publication number: 20240107258
Abstract: Systems and methods for rendering spatial audio in accordance with embodiments of the invention are illustrated. One embodiment includes a spatial audio system, including a primary network connected speaker, including a plurality of sets of drivers, where each set of drivers is oriented in a different direction, a processor system, memory containing an audio player application, wherein the audio player application configures the processor system to obtain an audio source stream from an audio source via the network interface, spatially encode the audio source, decode the spatially encoded audio source to obtain driver inputs for the individual drivers in the plurality of sets of drivers, where the driver inputs cause the drivers to generate directional audio.

  • Publication number: 20060144276
Abstract: An electronic device includes an array. In one embodiment, a process for forming an electronic device includes the array, which includes electronic components, can include printing one or more layers as a series of segments onto a workpiece. In one embodiment, a process includes printing a layer onto the workpiece and at least one exposed portion of the chuck. In still another embodiment, a printing head is greater than 0.5 mm from the workpiece. In a further embodiment, “hybrid” printing can be used to help form a thicker layer having a relatively thinner width. In a further embodiment, processes can be used to reduce the likelihood of a stitching defect, nonuniformity of a layer across an array, or a combination thereof. A printing apparatus can be modified to achieve more flexibility in liquid compositions, temperatures or other conditions used in printing a layer.

  • Publication number: 20050242341
Abstract: An preferred embodiment of an assembly for manufacturing an OLED display includes a flexible substrate, a frame having an inner perimeter defining a central opening, and at least one of an adhesive and a fastener securing the flexible substrate to the frame so that the flexible substrate spans the central opening. A preferred method for supporting a flexible substrate for an OLED display during manufacture of the OLED display includes providing a rigid frame having an inner perimeter defining a central opening, and securing the flexible substrate to the frame using at least one of an adhesive and a fastener so that the flexible substrate spans the central opening.
