Abstract: A system and method for automatically targeting content to recruiting candidates are provided. A set of users that satisfy one or more search criteria is identified as candidates. A recruiting system assigns each candidate to a nurture flow that comprises multiple segments, each segment associated with one or more actions to perform relative to the candidate, such as sending certain content to the candidate through one or more delivery channels. In one approach, each candidate's progress is tracked to determine which candidate characteristics are determinative of successful recruitment.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically targeting online users are provided. A user performs an action that exhibits an interest in a product/service or performing a certain action, such as making a charitable contribution. A user record is created in a user management system, such as a customer relationship management database. The user record is augmented with additional data, such as data from a user profile, of the user, in a social network. Examples of such data include employer information, friend information, academic history, and job title. The augmented user record is provided to a targeted content system that assigns the user to a nurture flow that includes multiple segments, each segment associated with actions to perform relative to the user, such as sending certain content to the user through one or more delivery channels.

Abstract: An electric inside corner planer (20) with a cylindrical cutter assembly (30) has a housing (21) and front shoe (22) constructed with a side angled along a line (46) determined by the front outside of the cutter (30) and the front outside of the bearing (41) holding the cutter. The angled side of the planer puts the cutter assembly as close as possible to the interfering structure in the corner. Right angled (20), left angled (70), and combined right and left angled (120) planer embodiments are shown.
