    Abstract: A transmural catalysis device allows for conversion of NOx into N2 in internal combustion engine exhaust. A reducing gas is delivered into exhaust tubes through a plurality of pores or channels in the walls of the exhaust tubes either continuously or periodically. Also disclosed are methods using the device for reduction of NOx and automotive vehicles comprising the device.
