  • Patent number: 11951322
Abstract: Accessories of a medical device, such as a defibrillator, are described. The accessories reduce delays in treating or monitoring a patient by increasing the efficiency of using, and the ease of use of, the medical device. An adjustable kickstand is movable between a collapsed and extended position to recline the medical device. In the reclined position, a display of the medical device can be more easily viewed by the user. Storage bags can be coupled to the medical device to efficiently store accessories for use with the medical device. The stored accessories can be coupled to the medical device while the accessories are stored within the storage bags. A port guard can protect and shield a connection between a cable and a port of the medical device to prevent the cable (e.g., an ECG cable) from being disconnected from the port of the medical device.

  • Patent number: 11921765
Abstract: Mechanisms for the systematic iterative analysis of unstructured data files are disclosed. A first handler is initiated to analyze a plurality of files. Information about each respective file of the plurality of files analyzed by the first handler is stored in a data structure. The information includes a file identifier that identifies the respective file, a handler identifier that identifies the first handler, and results or a reference to results of an analysis of the respective file by the first handler.

  • Publication number: 20240065698
Abstract: A left atrial appendage closure implant may include a support frame including a first bend extending from a proximal collar to a second bend, a first segment extending from the second bend to a third bend, a second segment extending from the third bend to a fourth bend, and a third segment extending from the fourth bend to a distal collar, wherein the support frame is actuatable from a first constrained position to a second flowering position to a third mid-deployment position to a fourth unconstrained position. An implant may include a self-expanding support frame having a circumference and a central longitudinal axis, a membrane disposed over at least a portion of the support frame, and a plurality of anchors arranged into a first row and a second row such that the first row and the second row form a staggered pattern about the circumference of the support frame.

  • Patent number: 11776265
Abstract: A computerized apparatus for creating a highlight video, including an interface for charting an event by recording information in regard to the event, where the event information is associated with time codes. A camera captures video of the event, where the video is associated with the time codes. The interface also creates triggers including lists of at least one action. An input/output uploads the event information, video, and triggers to a server. A processor produces entries in an action log from the event information, compares the entries in the action log to the triggers to determine if any of the entries in the action log match any of the triggers, collects the time codes of those entries that match the triggers, creates video clips from the video of the event, based on the collected time codes, and compiles the video clips into the highlight video.

  • Publication number: 20210069550
Abstract: A method for correlating performance data in regard to a performance of a user, by capturing a first data stream in regard to the performance on a first device, capturing a second data stream in regard to the performance on a second device, uploading a first video of the first data stream to a correlation device, uploading a second video of the second data stream to the correlation device, using machine vision on the correlation device extract first performance data from the first video and second performance data from the second video, associating the first performance data with the second performance data to create correlated performance data on the correlation device, and enabling access to the correlated performance data to authorized users on the correlation device.

  • Publication number: 20150104768
Abstract: A trainable skill practice planning and reporting system generates a practice plan to use in training a student to improve in the performance of trainable skills associated with an activity, such as an athletic activity. The system tracks the student's performance statistics, uses those statistics to determine trainable skills, and compares the student's performance of those skills to target values. The target values may be determined by past performance, goals, peers or benchmarks. Through comparison of actual performance to target values, the system determines the skills having the largest separation between current skill level and target skill value. The system then selects practice drills from a library of drills to most effectively train the student to improve performance of the skills that are most lacking.

  • Publication number: 20080288600
Abstract: Systems are described for distributing supplemental data to media recipients that are experiencing a primary media event, such as a television or radio program, a movie or a live event. One of the methods includes receiving a media data stream from a media data source, where the media data stream includes primary data and associated data. The primary data includes a primary media presentation, such as a television program or commercial, and the associated data indicates availability of supplemental information related to the program or commercial. As the primary media presentation is presented to the media recipient via a media presentation device, the associated data is accessed from the media data stream. Based on the associated data, an indication is provided to the media recipient indicating that supplemental information is available. This indication may be in the form of a graphic icon that appears on a television screen or other display device.
